| "Humanistic Value Education" is an education advocates and practice which have a major impact in the world.The project had conducted five period in Qinghai,which has achieved certain results in cultivating students’ moral character education and teachers’ care education.But by class culture to cultivate the students’ moral character of students still failed to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform,project schools to student’s moral education still exist certain differences,the reason is various,and the construction of class culture is a breakthrough.So the class culture construction can not only promote the project in Qinghai,it also can better realize the new curriculum reform of students ’humanistic spirit in training goal.This research are from the humanism and the perspective of cultural philosophy,using literature method,classroom observation and interview method to carry out the actual situation as the examples in Qinghai humanities value education project schools.The author research from the theoretical construct humanistic value of class culture of education mode,combined with the current four project schools in Qinghai current situation of the construction of class culture,and put forward the construction of humanistic value education model of class culture.This Study found that:there are lack of penetration of humanistic education value concept in the project school classroom in material culture,system culture,spirit culture and behavior culture,it lead to that project primary school classroom in the lack of care education and moral education to the student.On this basis,the author on the basis of the four dimensions of cultural construction,put forward from the class material culture,spiritual culture,behavior culture and institutional culture and so on.This paper mainly includes the following several parts:The first part is mainly about the concepts of culture and value education are defined and reviewed.The second part is mainly about the reflection of traditional classroom culture and the Qinghai project school classroom culture.The third part is about the explanation of classroom culture of EHV,on the basis of the current class culture status,including the goal,conception and composition of classroom culture of EHV.The fourth part are about problems of classroom culture construction of EHV project school and give attribution analysis,according to actual analysis of Qinghai project school,which according to four basic forms to give strategies of how to construction classroom culture of EHV and effective ways to reconstruct a class culture. |
