An Investigation On Chinese Teacher's Training Mode, "the Outstandings Guilding The Novice"

With the advantages of convenience,high efficiency and low consumption,the training mode,“the outstandings guiding the novice”,has played a positive role in promoting the development of the novice teachers and the prominent teachers profession.Currently,it has become one of the widespread Chinese teacher training modes in primary and middle school teachers.This study investigated the current situation of the Chinese teacher's training mode,“the outstandings guiding the novice”,in twenty primary schools and middle schools in Ningdu County of Jiangxi province,using questionnaire,interview and observation.Then on this basis,the author thoroughly studied,thought and analyzed them deeply and found some problems of the novice teachers,the prominent teachers and the management of the school in the implementation process of the mode.Then from this three aspects,strategies are put forward to improve the effect of the mode,and then achieve the development of Chinese teachers profession.The thesis consists of four parts:The introduction part is mainly about the question,the purpose andsignificance of the study,the definition of related concepts,the literature review and study ideas and methods.The first chapter expounds the concept and achievements of the Chinese teacher's training mode,“the outstandings guiding the novice”,and on the basis of the investigation,the author described the current situation and problems of it.The second chapter discusses some problems about the Chinese teacher's training mode,including the ideal goal of Chinese teachers' growth,the influence of the “the outstandings guiding the novice” on Chinese teachers' growth,and the common problems of Chinese teachers.The third chapter has put forward the strategies of improving the effect of the mode,and the development of Chinese teachers profession from the aspects of the novice teachers,the prominent teachers and the management of the school.The author hopes that this study can improve the effect of the Chinese teacher's training mode,“the outstandings guiding the novice”,the development of Chinese teachers profession,and then inspire the building and management of the Chinese teacher team in the primary schools and middle schools.
