With the progress of era, education has been paid widely attention to by the country all over the world, and increasingly become the important power to promote the development of the economy. While educational development must rely on highly qualified teachers, in fact, teacher education is the key to cultivate outstanding teachers. Recently, in order to promote establishment of the open system of teacher education, the government strive to reform their closed system of teacher education, the local comprehensive universities take an part in the reform as such an important measure was included. Under this context, the research which is about pre-service teacher training mode of local comprehensive university has become extremely important. So the related studies such as local University pre-service teacher training in what kind of typical pattern that some typical models of development and local comprehensive University pre-service teacher training model of the future to be like have become an important and urgent task facing the teacher education.The objective of this research centering on the open system of teacher education and focus on the situation of pre-service teacher training in local comprehensive University. This research mainly used methods literature, research, case study analysis to study local comprehensive university status of pre-service teacher training model, typical patterns and future trends, optimize the way forward. This research focus on literature study combined with research; combined theoretical research with practical problems and combined domestic and foreign practice for reference.This paper is divided into five parts. Part I focuses on the background on the origin, significance, literature review, concept, content, research questions, research methods. Part II based on 137 local comprehensive University pre-service teacher training models real state of detailed investigation, this part analyzes the current local comprehensive University’s participation in development of pre-service teacher training profiles and profiles by combining quantifying the statistical and qualitative analysis methods. Part III is case study, deeply research on decentralized independent, centralized stand-alone, go hand in hand cooperation, convergence and cooperation in four kinds of pre-service teacher training practice, background and characteristics. Part IV proposes requirements for local comprehensive University pre-service teacher training from four dimensions: General teachers, colleges and universities, national and international. According to the local comprehensive University pre-service teacher education in the future and combines with the characteristics of the different models and advanced experiences from foreign countries, part v offers to cooperate in local University pre-service teacher’s training mode in the optimal way forward.
