Countries around the world have been put the basic education in the priority position, teacher education has always been the most important job in the development of normal universities. The reform of talent cultivation mechanism has become the priority of teachers’ education development. The development requirement of the foundation education continuously improve the quality of teacher education, basic education is faced with a question that good teachers’ discipline structure is not reasonable and the overall quality is low, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of basic education. the development of rural basic education requirements the excellent comprehensive type teachers that normal colleges and universities cultivate.This study based on the status that local teachers colleges and universities cultivate the basic education teachers. The theoretical basis concludes holistic education theory, Man’s all-round development theory and the education theory as a whole. This study use the way of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview investigation to explore the general type of teacher training in the macro level of social regulation mechanism, the micro mechanism of academic disciplines and teaching operational mechanism, medium level of school teaching management and safeguard mechanism, resource cooperative education mechanism, the present situation of the quality evaluation mechanism. By analyzing the problem and its reason of comprehensive type teacher training mechanism reflects to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. It is to construct conforms to the basic education development trend of comprehensive type teacher training mechanism in view of existing problems.In general, the cultivation of comprehensive type teachers in normal universities attach importance to basic education development needs, adhering to the holistic education idea, pay attention to the all-round development of human beings and comprehensive ability training. But in the survey found the following problems: the government macroeconomic regulation and control is not strong enough; Colleges and universities teaching management and security system remains to be perfect; Colleges and universities and other training main body lack of cooperative education mechanism; the evaluation of talent training quality lack of diversity standards; Ignoring the interdisciplinary professional Settings; Curriculum and teaching lack of practical operation. In view of the existing problems, this study focus on building a comprehensive type teacher training mechanism, from the macroscopic mechanism of government regulation, medium layer of school teaching management and safeguard mechanism, resources cooperative education mechanism, evaluation mechanism, the micro layer of the optimization mechanism of subjects and teaching operation mechanism three aspects to construct the new type of comprehensive type teacher training mechanism.
