Since the reform and opening up,our country's economic,political,cultural,social aspects have obtained great achievement.As a rule,the people must be very pleased and more and more believed to various aspects of the CCP and the government,is trust.When we observe lots of online hot issues related to the officials or the government in every year carefully,It will be found that the officials and the government are not be praised,but be dissatisfied or distrusted in some events.The occurrence of these phenomena reflected profoundly that,behind the prosperity and stability,there are some disharmonious factors in the social;behind the belief to the party and the government,there is a certain degree of non-confidence on it.And these online mass-incidents caused by the politics-distrusted attitude have occurred every year,and it has presented a rise trend.The incidents not only reflect the current social mentality of the public,but will make different effect to the government and society.So The study of this problem has great significance.Through the analysis to the some typical online mass-incidents caused by the politics-distrusted attitude from the year 2007 to 2016,I classify the politics-distrusted attitude in the online mass-incidents to six kinds.Through these cases we can discover that the public's politics-distrusted attitude in the online mass-incidents will produce a series of negative consequences.Mainly include these: weakening the authority of the government's propaganda,blocking the smooth running of administration,inspiring others to distrust,and so on.However,the politics-distrusted attitude doesn't necessarily bring damage,the effect depends on can we deal with the matter well.If the government can deal effectively,it will bring many positive effects.such as: promoting power operate legally,forcing government administrates transparently;urging the government governs more responsibly,etc.The generation of politics-distrusted attitude is mainly the result of a long-term accumulation,and it based on reality.The causes contain not only the common factors from the world,but also our country's unique factors;not only our country's history,but also our country's current situation.All these matters make some public become “the distrusted”.To deal with the public's politics-distrusted attitude in the online mass-incidents,government need understand why the public distrust,and treat the damages or benefits it will bring to the social rationally.Then,based on the public's thoughts having been comprehended and respected,government should guide the public positively,so that turning crisis into opportunities,turning damages into benefits.Besides,in normal times,government should constantly perfect the fair and just social system and the service-oriented government mechanism.Thereby protecting the politics-distrusted attitude from being added,and guarding against the online mass-incidents caused by the public's politics-distrusted attitude occurring.
