Research On The Management Of Domestic Multi-campus Universities

With the development of domestic higher education,multi-campus has become a common form of educational organization.It not only accelerated the reform of higher education system of our country,improve the production capacity and social capital but optimizing the structure within the school discipline.In bring these great advantages to promote the development of social economy,many new challenges are brought for the management of colleges and universities.Multi-campus managemant is a new subject in our country,so there are not enough experinces to learn.Based on the deeping study of the related theory,using the SWOT analysis method,discussing the managements’ advantages and disadvantages and opportunities and threats,according to this advantages and disadvantages,putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.On multi-campus’ management,we should seize the opportunity of government decentralization,increase the vitality of multi-campus’ management;strengthen cultural construction in the challenge and promote the soft school cultures’ strength;coordinating development in the advantage,promoting the colleges’ resources allocated in a proper way;innovating management modes in the disadvantage and take moderate centralization and relative decentralization management methods;enriching the theoretical system,explore new mode of multi-campus management.After these countermeasures were summarized,put in Changchun University of Technology for an example and put forward some practical and feasible management measures for Changchun University of Technology.In this paper,I have three new viewpoints.First,based on the SWOT analysis of management in multi-campus school as a deeping analysis,find the multi-campus’ school-running advantages 、disadvantages 、opportunities and threats,and as it for a wiring and run through the whole paper’s research.Particularly in the countermeasures and suggestions are based on the SWOT analysis conclusion,and put forward my own suggestions and opinions that has universality and pertinence,this point also has its own unique.Secondly,through continually learning and reference,I put forward a more scientific and the rich connotation of the connotation and definition of multi-campus.Third,put forward the appropriate centralization and relative decentralization management way and enrich the theory of multi-campus’ management system.I hope that through this paper’s research,it can bring reference、enlightenment for the multi-campus’ school management.
