| With the expansion of colleges and universities in our country,the scale of higher education is constantly developing and expanding.According to surveys,many colleges and universities have already practiced the multi-campus school model,which can increase the capacity of students and meet the requirement of the expansion,and can also expand the scale of the school,improve the social credibility and influence of the school.The multi-campus school running model has gradually become popular in recent years,and its advantages are more prominent:the first is the effective aggregation of educational resources,which is conducive to completing the work and improving the overall educational level of the school;the second is to enhance the school’s comprehensive school-running strength and expand its social influence.However,it is undeniable that the shortcomings of this model are also more obvious.Firstly,due to multi-campus reasons,there are differences in culture and regions,and it is difficult to implement uniform school running standards.Plans of running schools need to be adjusted according to the source of students,cultural customs and location of each campus.Secondly,the management mode of each campus is different,and the development of the campus is uneven.This leads to the inability to seamlessly connect between expectations and reality.Another point is that it is difficult to unify and standardize student management under the framework of running schools in multiple campuses,and there is still much room for improvement.In detail,there are communication barriers between teachers and students,teachers do not understand the actual learning level of students,management system design is not humane enough;campus culture construction is not in place,etc.Based on this,this article sums up the experience from the management results of multi-campus universities in foreign universities,compares the management status of multi-campus universities at home and abroad,finds out the shortcomings,focuses on student management,conducts field research on the specific development of Y College,and conducts a questionnaire survey.Analyze the communication between teachers and students,organizational activities,differences and work management efficiency between the branch campuses,analyze the optimization strategies of student management problems in the multi-campus school environment,and finally propose optimization plans based on the above problems and reasons in combination with the actual situation. |
