The level of professional accomplishment of pre-school students directly affects the quality of the kindergarten teachers.In order to understand the current problems of professional accomplishment of pre-school education graduates,the author investigates the pre-school education graduates of G Teachers College of G Province through the survey method.408 graduates were randomly selected to carry out questionnaires,and 408 samples were collected by SPSS19.0 data processing.At the same time,one graduate in each graduation class was taken to conduct in-depth interviews and records.The results show that the professional accomplishment development and the knowledge base of the pre-school graduates in vocational colleges are weak,the shortage of humanities,comprehensive vocational skills and the professional scientific research ability are serious too.The reasons are as follows: the school side-the training program is too single,the curriculum lacks targeted and professional,internship management lacks effective norms and supervision;for teachers-the quality of teaching varies greatly,especially to the low class efficiency of new teachers;for students-lack of theory foundation,active learning consciousness and correct learning method.In order to solve these problems,we must take measures as follows: the school side-to develop a scientific training program,individualized teaching;improve the curriculum system,set up science courses;effectively improve the work mechanism;for teachers-to strengthen the construction of teachers,focus on improving young teachers teaching and researching abilities to establish an effective teaching supervision and evaluation system,strict quality of teaching;for students-to stimulate student interest,cultivate active learning awareness,efforts to improve their practical ability.
