The education appraisal is the value judgment method, is also the measurables Caliper. From the imperial civil service examination system to today's test, many people take this kind of appraisal as a caliper to weigh the student, the teacher, and the school, moreover this viewpoint gets stronger and stronger. Through the research on the China elementary education arts curriculum reform's content, we discovered that the educational reform has experienced more than 8 times, which all appear by the form of experiment, but is not the true experiment . The course evaluation has utilized Western record jacket appraisal law, multi-dimensional appraisal law, overall quality right evaluation model and so on. Certainly the reference from the abroad is good, but has not start from our own root to establish our education idea. Looking from Western humanism education's view, the education philosophy has the similar conjunction spot in Western and Chinese cultural tradition. But the course evaluation as a link of the curriculum exploration, which is playing the role in teacher's classroom teaching practice subtly.As early as in the feudal society, China has the world famous imperial civil service examination system.Today has taken an exam that is the extending of the imperial civil service examination system in a sense. Along with the world multiplex tendency, people's living standard enhance, people's education idea is also having the corresponding change. This indicates that each stage's educational reform cannot leave the value idea of that time people . Therefore the different social reality is the foundation which the idea produce. The modern education philosophy not produces independently, and we may find the shadow of nowadays educational idea from Western each school's philosophic thinking. For instance Rousseau's humanism education thought,and Dewey's pragmatic education thought ,which have manifested in our country new curriculum reform's content. But the very big difference still exists in reality, as a result of both social tradition cultural background. When Chinese elementary education reform absorbing advanced idea of various countries' curriculum reform, the amazing result appeared gradually.Through the investigation we know that the Urumqi Elementary and middle schools' arts teachers carry on the experiment of the course evaluation according to the idea and spirit of the national curriculum reform, which has made certain progress. Through the present situation investigation of Urumqi arts education appraisal, discovered that also have many problems in the appraisal way utilization, for instance the teacher have not really understanded the idea of the new curriculum reform in the theoretical appraisal.And in the practice they lack scientific instruction and so on. Therefore, we needs carring on the exploration vigorously in the theory and the practice of the arts course evaluation. How does form the good appraisal idea to be advantageous for better promoting the student, the teacher, the school communal development,that are the main research for us.Now this dissertation takes the arts classroom teaching appraisal as the breakthrough point, narrates the current condition of Urumqi arts education evaluation.
