The Research Of Social Work Service Project In The One-child Died Family In Urumqi

The social work has made rapid development in our country.The procurement behavior of services,which is bought from the community organization in a manner of project by government,is also increasing.The institutions of social work is one of the social organizations to undertake social services.During the project is operated and the service is provided,social work agencies not only to pay attention to the effective project management mode,the improvment of service efficiency,optimal management,and high quality service,they should pay more attention to how to enhance their professional service capabilities.For benefit from the policy of our country,the social work institution of private has got a rapid development,professional services are also more diversified.The social worker team has brought a more professional and high quality service to the clients with the scientific guidance of professional theories and methods.This will be an important force for the realization of a harmonious socialist society.In this paper,we will take the fact that government bought services from X social work agencies in Urumqi as an example.Observe and participate the application,undertake,implement of the project,and evaluate the whole process of the project,study the effectiveness and shortcomings of the implementation of the project.First of all,before the social work agencies operat the project,investigate the one-child died family situation of five districts in Urumqi by visiting.From the project conditions and applicants to select 50 Han nationality households one-child died family as the service object,and use questionnaire survey to assess the status and needs of the one-child died family.The results show that the one-child died family have five part of the demand: economic demand,pension needs,psychological needs and social inclusion.Secondly,according to the psychosocial model and mutual-help group model,use three major professional methods,which include case work,group work and community work to intervene in the one-child died family based on the theory of empowerment,strength perspective,social support network in the project implementation process.Provide services and design activities for the one-child died family.Understand the existence question and change of them based on interview and observation methods,so that the they can overcome the psychological barriers and restore the normal life.Tap the potential of life and achieve self-worth.Finally,assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the project based on the completion of the project objectives.Draw conclusions fromthe project objectives.Draw conclusions from the results of the project evaluation:the basic needs of the one-child died family are satisfied;social work professional service level has been improved;the ability of running the project and building capacity of social institutions has been improved.After the discussion,it is found that there are some limitations in the service,which was carried out in the form of the project.After that,some suggestions are put forward to further improve the effectiveness of the project.
