In 1980s, with the determined and the full implementation of the family planning policy, the majority of Chinese family structure has changed.The one-child family structure model has become China’s main family model by replacing that of multi-children family up to now.The implicit rist in the only-one-family gradually trend towards externalization, leading to a large number of "the only-child-died parent" in risk society. Because they had painful expericed feeling the child’s born,grown and lost finally, accompanied by some of the major social role of disruption, causing by changes in the status of their life, some individuals even pushed to the marginalized.It goes without saying that it is so important and irreplaceable for the parents in the only-one-child family. No doubt, one child’s death was devastating to their families. So it is a big challenge for the only-child-died parent to lead a normal life.In the paper, document analysis and unstructured interviews was the main survey methods. The author chosed "the only-child-died parent" served by X organization as research points, grasp their living alone,mental state and social interaction based on understanding overall condition of them in X Street in Wuhan.Then the author analysed the social roles change and characteristics of their family from the original only-one-child to one-child-dead in the social role theory, which offered information and data support for the scholar having a deep and comprehensive reading on the only-child-died parent and proposing the feasibility and effectiveness suggestions.Finally, taking Goffman’s role theory as the basis, the author take the interaction and offer advice and suggestions from the micro, meso and macro-three different levels based on deeply knowing the only-child-died parent and their the status of daily life,during which by selecting a number of cases as a secondary analysis to offer detailed information to support those services to reading them deeply and comprehensively.
