Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of "Internet + Shaanxi Province New Professional Farmer Cultivation"

With the rapid development of cloud computing,Internet of things,big data and other modern information technologies represented by the Internet,the government has proposed to vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of "Internet+vocational education"."Internet+cultivation of new professional farmers" is an important part of vocational education informatization and an inevitable choice to accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization.At present,the hollowing out of rural areas,the part-time agriculture and the aging of farmers in shaanxi province are becoming more and more obvious.In order to solve the problem of "who will plant the land","who will raise the pigs" and "who will develop agriculture" in shaanxi province in 10 or 20 years,the fundamental way out lies in the stable professional farmers.In the context of "Internet plus",the research on the current situation of "Internet plus new professional farmer cultivation in shaanxi province" bears on the development of China's educational informatization and the realization of agricultural modernization in shaanxi province.Therefore,this study in yulin city,the three cities,baoji,weinan in shaanxi has the villages and towns of 612 new professional farmers as the research object,such as survey method by questionnaire survey and the interview form,by adopting the combination of quantitative and qualitative mixed method,understand the"Internet+new shaanxi province professional farmers cultivating" of the status quo,analysis of existing problems,and on the basis of the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper is discussed from the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research questions,research significance,related research status,research objectives and content,research ideas,research methods,etc.The second chapter is the theoretical framework of the research.It includes the core concept and theoretical basis of this study,and attempts to explore the elements of"Internet+new professional farmer cultivation" from the theoretical level,and briefly analyzes the characteristics of "Internet+new professional farmer cultivation".The third chapter is the investigation of the status quo of "Internet+cultivation of new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province".First of all,before doing the status quo investigation,the basic situation of "Internet+cultivation of new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province" was sorted out.This includes the basic situation of Internet penetration rate in rural areas of Shaanxi Province,the basic situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province,and the basic situation of "Internet+New Professional Farmers Cultivation in Shaanxi Province".Secondly,the survey sample was clarified,and according to the elements of "Internet+New Professional Farmers Cultivation" explored in Chapter 2,the "Internet+Shaanxi New Professional Farmers Cultivation" questionnaire was designed and developed.Finally,the survey was conducted.The law,that is,the questionnaire survey and interviews,investigated the status quo of "Internet+Shaanxi new professional farmers cultivation",and investigated eight aspects of the new professional farmers information literacy and new professional farmers cultivation experience,among which the new professional farmers information literacy It includes three aspects,namely,cognition,attitude and ability;the new professional peasant cultivation experience includes cultivating management institutions,cultivating management system,cultivating process,cultivating resources and cultivating evaluation.The fourth chapter is the investigation result analysis of "Internet+new professional farmer cultivation in shaanxi province".Using questionnaire data and interview data,it is concluded that the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in shaanxi province in the context of Internet+has certain effectiveness in terms of content,space,method,communication and cooperation,and interest in acquiring knowledge.However,there are problems in infrastructure,comprehensive quality,ideological awareness and the cultivation of teachers.The fifth chapter is "Internet+new professional farmer cultivation in shaanxi province" to explore countermeasures.In order to achieve better results in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in shaanxi province in the context of Internet+,it is proposed to strengthen government intervention and responsibilities and improve infrastructure construction.We will increase efforts to cultivate "Internet plus new professional farmers" to improve their overall quality.Several improvement measures and Suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of building a complete"Internet+new professional farmer cultivation" system.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the research.In this chapter,the author summarizes and reflects on the whole research process and results.At the same time,the innovation and deficiency of this research are described,and the direction of future efforts is clarified.
