With the advance of urbanization,the problem of rural hollowing-out is serious,and agriculture is in the dilemma of no one to take over.It is a realistic approach and long-term choice to establish a stable new professional farmer team through educational activities to solve the problem of "who is responsible for the development of agriculture" in the future.Fundamentally,the cultivation of new professional farmers is an educational problem.With the development of "Internet+",it is an inevitable trend of educational informatization to carry out the cultivation of new professional farmers with information technology.In addition,at present the research about this aspect is less,therefore,this research to promote the agricultural modernization and value orientation of vocational education informatization process,analysis of the current "Internet+new professional farmers cultivating" problems,and the mechanism of problem to broaden the field of education technology research and ensure that new occupational farmers cultivating effectiveness has important practical significance.Based on existing literature and relevant theories,this study analyzed and summarized the survey dimension of the current situation of "Internet+new professional farmer cultivation",and based on this,developed a questionnaire.According to field investigation and questionnaire,summarizes the weinan "Internet+new professional farmers cultivating" problems that exist in reality,and based on the existing problems to interview farmers,trainers,management,analysis the mechanism of problem,finally according to the mechanism of the problem put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The research conclusions of this study mainly include the following aspects:Firstly,according to the results of field investigation and questionnaire survey,the"Internet+new professional farmer cultivation" in weinan has achieved remarkable results.Farmers have mastered basic agricultural production and processing skills,improved their overall quality and promoted the healthy development of agriculture.But at the same time there are problems,including:farmers use the Internet to learn the willingness is not strong;The information literacy of farmers is generally low,the information literacy of trainers is low,the construction of information environment is not perfect,and the network teaching interaction is not effective.Secondly,based on the relevant theoretical basis,the analysis results of the interview data show that the older and less educated farmers participating in the training are the internal mechanism that leads to the weak willingness of farmers.Poor information literacy of trainers,imperfect environmental construction and inadequate welfare guarantee in policy are the external mechanisms that lead to weak willingness of farmers.The low educational background of farmers leads to their lack of information awareness,and the low income leads to their failure to improve their information ability.The lack of reasonable policy support,insufficient investment in infrastructure,and the platform and environment for farmers to improve their information literacy are the external mechanisms leading to their low information literacy.The lack of positive attitude towards information technology is the internal mechanism for the low information literacy of the trainers,while the lack of training on the application ability of information technology is the external mechanism for the low information literacy of the trainers,and the lack of training will lead to their negative attitude.The complexity of local geographical location and the natural environment is the information environment is not sound internal mechanism;The gap in policy investment is the external mechanism of the imperfect information environment construction.The internal mechanism of the lack of effectiveness of interaction is that farmers are older,less educated,have lower information literacy level and are not skilled in using the platform.Poor information literacy and complex platform design are the external mechanisms for the lack of effectiveness of interaction.Thirdly,from the mechanism of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,that is,the government should establish a sound policy system,adjust the structure of the rural labor force.Increase the investment in rural areas,strengthen the construction of network environment,provide a good learning environment for cultivation,ensure the smooth network,enhance the effective interaction of teaching,and develop and design a reasonable platform and mobile terminal equipment.At the same time,more training should be carried out to improve the application ability of information technology and cultivate the information skills of farmers and trainers.
