Research On The Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Professional Talents Under The Background Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship

Deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education is the fundamental requirement of China's comprehensive deepening of reform,is the tone of our national rejuvenation,but also an urgent requirement to accelerate the implementation of innovation driven development strategy in China.In 2015,the State Council issued a public opinion to promote public innovation in the public clearly pointed out that through the expansion of employment,to promote the structural adjustment of income distribution,to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship support recognition,and promote positive interaction between the development and employment.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attaches great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and clearly undertaking the innovation and entrepreneurship education into the process of personnel training,to enhance students' awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation,and to develop the corresponding ability,so that to provide a steady stream of people support to an innovative country.The research confirms the importance of the mechanism and mode brought by innovation and entrepreneurship to the cultivation of talents.Under the current environmental trends,the research suggests that the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship can be brought into the process of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship education.Patterns,ways,trends,inevitability,feasibility and other aspects brought by innovation entrepreneurship can be took a comprehensive discussion on multi-point breakthrough.This study takes the innovation background of the innovation and entrepreneurship education as the breakthrough point,and through the innovation trend of the innovation education education reform,it is bound to lead the university personnel training to the professional type,the application type.Through the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis,this paper first combs the international trend of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the policy orientation of our country,and analyzes the present situation and predicament of the cultivation of applied talents.At the same time,taking the case of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as an example,drawing on its enrollment and training mode,teaching management mode,etc.,comprehensively analyzes its experience of cultivating professional application talents,and the shortcomings.This paper puts forward the countermeasures,that is,the idea of integrating the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the construction of innovative entrepreneurship education system with the deep integration of production and education,the establishment of competency-oriented student assessment,the establishment of multi-dimensional,three-dimensional clear curriculum system,innovative thinking to promote the construction of "double teacher" team,set up a practice base and effective use of innovation.The purpose of this study is to cultivate vocational talents in colleges and universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,and to deepen the transformation of the road.
