Topic selection basis: physical fitness is an important factor to determine the athletes’ performance.According to the guidance of "Chinese Youth Basketball Training syllabus",11-12 year olds are in the critical period of growth and development,and should pay attention to the development of speed,sensitivity,strength and flexibility quality.Effective training for this stage of teenagers can not only improve the development of their physical fitness and physical quality,and play a role of getting twice the result with half the effort in basketball training,but also cultivate their perseverance and indomitable fighting will quality.Therefore,we need to explore a helpful method for juvenile physical training,and lay a good foundation for the special physical fitness and basketball skills of juvenile basketball in this period.Core strength training is a new research topic in the field of competitive sports training in China.Since the introduction of the field of competitive sports,it has received more and more extensive attention.More and more trainers and coaches integrate core strength training into their daily training.But so far for the study of core strength training is mostly in adults,the study of 11-12 years old is not much,the domestic age of basketball players is relatively few,and this period of young basketball players as beginners,in physical training and basketball technology training,lack of core strength will lead to poor body stability,technical deformation,low learning efficiency.Therefore,this research applies the core strength training to the basketball training to explore the influence of the core strength training on the special physical ability and technical level of junior basketball.Research method: 50 boys from Liuzhou Glory Basketball Club were selected as the experimental subjects,randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental class conducts the normal basketball training and increases the core strength training,and the control class conducts the normal basketball training and increases the traditional strength training.Before the experiment of two groups of basketball special physical fitness index(limit area slide,cross movement,T running,running touch high,standing long jump,situ jump both hands pass,15 meters 11 turn run,sitting body forward flexion,shoulder loop)and basketball technical level index(full dribble see line back,one minute shot,half mobile ball)test,meet the requirements of the experiment.After the experiment,the special physical fitness and basketball skill level of the two groups were tested respectively,and the changes of the special physical fitness index and basketball technical level index of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were analyzed.Study results:(1)Compared with before the experiment,sliding,cross step movement,T-running,15 m return running,half-court movement,and line turn-back data were significantly different(P <0.05);one-minute shooting,high touch,standing long jump,in-place jump data all had significant differences(P <0.05);forward flexion and shoulder loop(P> 0.05).(2)Compared with the experiment,the control group decreased the sliding steps,T running,11 m return runs,half-court mobile passing and receiving,and the data showed significant differences(P <0.05);one-minute shooting,high run-up touch,standing long jump,all had significant differences(P <0.05);the data of sitting forward flexion and shoulder loop were not obvious,no significant difference(P> 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the sliding steps,cross step movement in the restricted area,T-run,line removement,half-field movement,were significantly different(P <0.05);the run-up,standing long jump,in-place jump,two-handed shot and one-minute shot increased(P <0.05);11return runs,forward flexion and shoulder loop(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the core strength training and conventional strength training have no significant effect on the improvement of the special flexibility quality of11-12-year-old young basketball.(2)After 8 weeks of training,the performance of the special endurance quality test increased in the experimental and control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compared with the traditional strength training,the core strength training has no significant advantage in improving the special endurance quality of the 11-12 year old youth basketball.(3)Core strength training and conventional strength training have a significant effect on the improvement of 11-12 year old young basketball;compared with conventional strength training,the effect of core strength training is more significant. |
