Research On Developing Countermeasure Of Sport Industry In Jiangyin

Sports industry plays a unique role in the social and economical development of Jiangyin. Therefore it bears certain research value.This paper explores the current situation of Jiangyin's sports industry with the application of Documentary Method, Questionnaire Method, Mathematical Statistic Method and Logical Reasoning Method. The results indicate:1.The sports industry of Jiangyin began to take off from 1960's.2.The added value of Jiangyin's sports value in 2006 amounts to 800 million RMB.3.In 2006 the average expense on sports of every household is about 2057.27RMB. Until the end of 2006, about 10000 people are engaged in this industry, which accounts for 1.45% of the whole labor force. Therefore, the sports level of this city is higher than the average level of the whole country and about the level of 1990's developed countries.4.Based on the Theory of Industrial Economics, the demands of the citizens and the features of local economy, the Sports Goods Industry sports and fitness and entertainment industry can be developed into the pillar section of Jiangyin's sports industry.5.This paper puts forward the blueprint of Jiangyin's sports industry development.
