Highway bicycles are mainly long-distance race items,the athletes of the physical endurance level requirements are relatively high,are endurance sports.This study was conducted from the aspects of the optimization of aerobic endurance training methods,and screened out the relevant indicators to reflect the effects of aerobic training,to reveal the effect of different training methods on the performance of road cycling,and the effects of different energy supply ways on the aerobic endurance of road cyclists,and the evaluation of the aerobic endurance of road cyclists.In this study,20 male players in the Milan Paralympic Highway project team in Shaanxi province were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The literatures,questionnaires,expert interviews,experimental methods and test methods were used.Research methods.(RBC)and lung capacity(VC)were analyzed by using the test data.The results showed that the two groups were analyzed by using the test data in the experimental group and the control group for 3 months.2010 to test the data to be collated,and the use of Spss22.0 after finishing the data for analysis and processing.The results showed that:(1)115.54 ± 1 min,98 ± 0.42 min before training,115.5 ± 1 min before training,and 115.5 ± 1 min before training in the experimental group and the control group.(2)The test group and the control group were tested with quiet heart rate(b / min),and the experimental group was trained in the training group.The experimental group and the control group were tested with the heart rate(b / min)The heart rate was 71 ± 2 b / min,60 ± 2 b / min after training,and the heart rate was 70 ± 2 b / min before training.The heart rate was 66 ± 2 b / min after training,(3)The lung capacity(VC)of the experimental group and the control group were tested,and the lung capacity of the experimental group was 4675.3±55 ml before training.After training,the operation rate of the athletes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group Vital capacity was 4950 ± 30 ml,the control group before the test lung capacity was 4771.2±50ml,training lung capacity was 4810.3±40 ml;by comparison found that after training training group increased vital capacity level is more obvious.The results showed that:(1)After three months of controlled trial,the exercise performance and the cardiopulmonary function of the experimental group were improved and improved obviously.The control group did not use the appropriate training method.The Indicating that the advantages of endurance training methods and means of the advantages and better.(2)The evaluation of the best effect of the control group and the experimental group showed that the two groups of blood physiological and biochemical indicators were varying degrees of change,the specific expression of red blood cells,hemoglobin and other significant increase in the experimental group increased significantly,Indicating that the level of aerobic endurance to enhance the larger,while anaerobic endurance level has also been a certain degree of promotion are related to the preferred method of training.(3)The experiment shows that the trainer should make the best way to select the effective training methods and means,and adjust the training plan according to the actual situation,reduce the occurrence of sports injuries and improve the effect of sports training.Compared with the experimental group and the control group,the results show that the efficient,scientific and reasonable training program can help to improve the athletic ability and level of the athletes.
