Task driven teaching method is formed on basis of constructivist teaching theory achieves teaching objectives through task completion.Existing research shows that this teaching method plays a unique role in changing students' learning concept and traditional learning mode,fully stimulating students' learning enthusiasm,highlighting students' learning subject status,cultivating students' ability to master and apply knowledge,and realizing personalized development of teaching and learning process.Aerobics is an important teaching content of physical education and health courses in higher vocational colleges.There are not many research results on the application of task driven teach method in aerobic teaching of physical education and health courses in higher vocational colleges.This paper uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and experiment.Taking aerobics teaching of physical education and health courses in higher vocational colleges as an example,the application research of taskdriven teaching method is preliminarily explored.The results of teaching experiments show that:1.Task-driven teaching method,through teachers and students discussing together,scientifically setting learning tasks to guide students to learn independently,students' dominant position can be revealed,the feeling of being valued can be strengthened,the common requirements of teaching can be realized,and at the same time,their individual development can also be reflected.2.Task-driven teaching method,highlighting students' dominant position,is conducive to improving students' learning enthusiasm in an all-round way,promoting students to improve their learning ability on the basis of completing tasks,and laying a good foundation for improving follow-up learning results.3.Task-driven teaching method emphasizes facing all students,following the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude,through teaching design,organization and implementation,and reasonable control of practice methods,it can adapt to the requirements of most students' personal development,and is conducive to the significant improvement of students' learning,sports,creation and other abilities.4.The task-driven teaching method emphasizes the pertinence of teaching.Teachers organize teaching activities in a planned way according to students' ability level,reasonably set teaching contents and establish more scientific teaching tasks.To ensure that each student can further explore more potential based on the completion of the task.To mobilize students' learning initiative,to better complete teaching tasks,and to improve teaching effectiveness.
