When on-the-job interns are first exposed to educational practices and go to areas with relatively backward educational resources,they often feel strong sympathy for students who lack adult care and guidance.In addition,interns on the job had a good vision for educational practice,they are eager to be a compassionate and caring teacher,and students to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Therefore,at the beginning of the internship,most of the on-the-job interns will invest a lot of time and energy in getting along with students,and try their best to deal with problems in the growth process of students in an inclusive and friendly manner.However,the hardship of the internship conditions increases the difficulty of putting compassion into practice.As time goes by,the illusion of the intern on the job will be destroyed by the harsh reality.The students are not obedient and the teaching effect is not good.All kinds of signs seem to induce the intern on the job to put down his compassionate spirit and adopt a strict and even strict way to manage the students.There are also some interns who are frustrated repeatedly in the process of practice,become depressed,indifferent and numb,and lack of due concern for the growth of students.The above phenomena are all related to the loss of sympathy of interns.Sympathy is the fundamental quality of teacher's professional moral development,and its changing process not only affects the personal professional development of in-post interns,but also is closely related to the healthy growth of students in the in-post area.Therefore,it is very necessary to pay enough attention to and guide the phenomenon of sympathy loss of in-post interns.This study takes the in-post interns as the research object,presents the changing process of the sympathy character of in-post interns through the way of narration,and on this basis,deeply explores the reasons that hinder the sympathy emotion and sympathy behavior of in-post interns,so as to propose the solution strategy.The first chapter,the author first of all for the interview and field internship diary,blogs and other text information carries on the preliminary analysis and induction,pick out a practice compassion change evident in the field during intern,and universal case in combination with the rest of the data,constructing a reflect the case of compassion field intern changes,summed up the compassion field internchanges roughly experienced the following four stages: full of compassion and sympathy,"true" "cruising" sympathy "solid" sympathy and lost.The four stages also represent the four states of sympathy,which have no fixed rules.Moreover,a variety of states of sympathy are often interwoven in a specific phenomenon of sympathy,that is,each intern on duty has his own special changing process of sympathy character.It is very rare that there is a complete lack of sympathy,but it is very common that there is a lack of sympathy.The second and third chapters of this study explore the internal and external causes of the phenomenon.The author has carried on the deeper to the collected data analysis,attempts to excavate the reasons behind the phenomenon,through continuous cross-examine and afterwards the analysis of the text data,sorting,found that field interns sympathy for the loss of both affected by sympathetic character structure within their individual development,while the guidance and management of field work external organization system,not in place,the lack of humanistic care and imperfect policy system can't support them interns sympathy for the development of character.Based on the exploration of the reasons,this study takes the internal moral structure and external organization system of in-post interns as the breakthrough path in four chapters:on the one hand,it puts forward relevant Suggestions for the development of sympathetic cognition,sympathetic emotion,sympathetic will and sympathetic behavior of in-post interns;From,on the other hand,to strengthen the guide of concept and behavior field intern,creating the atmosphere of humanistic care,and improve the system of relevant policy three aspects set out to build that help them interns sympathy character development external organization system,to change them interns sympathy indifference phenomenon to provide referential Suggestions,help the teachers' professional development in the future.
