The Intervention Of Social Workers In The Reconstruction Of The Relationship Among The Residents Of The Housing Community

With the development and perfection of the security housing system,the concern about the protection of the overall macro-housing continues to increase,but the protection of housing communities in the reconstruction of interpersonal networks,the topic of the well-being index has not received much attention.The breakup of interpersonal relationship network will lead to the destruction of residents' love,geography and karmic relationship.To help residents to carry out reconstruction work requires the government,community,service agencies and other forces to support.The social workers play an important role in this process.In this paper,through the qualitative research method,through the investigation of the residents who have obstructed the reconstruction of the interpersonal relationship network of Dai Shan.Found that the community due to the completion of a short time,the phenomenon of social isolation prominent,large groups of vulnerable groups and other issues led to some residents of interpersonal network reconstruction obstacles.After several visits and research,based on the research content and research purpose of this paper,nine typical residents were selected as the main object of intervention.Explored from the social work professional point of view,guided by the ecosystem theory,digging the needs of residents,help them rebuild new network of relationshipsThrough the involvement of group social work methods,and guide of development of social work model,around the "hand you and me to create a beautiful Dai Shan" as the theme,carried out six groups work to help eight members to improve self-awareness,to explore their own potential,to rebuild their network of relationships,to adapt to the new community life.Through the involvement of case social work methods,guide of the task center mode to help the advocate to remove the label,improve self-confidence,acquaintance groups,re-structure of the family structure to rebuild the purpose of interpersonal networks.After the professional involvement of social work found that the case of the owners of the situation has been significantly improved interpersonal network of the reconstruction of the situation gradually improved.On the basis of the above research,this paper evaluates the roles,ethics and services of social workers in the process of intervention,and puts forward some constructive opinions on the reconstruction of interpersonal relationship network in the construction of social housing.
