Practice And Reflection On Social Work Service In Ethnic Areas

In recent years,social work has entered a period of rapid development.With the increasing number of social service projects and social work institutions in ethnic areas,what is the difference between social work practices and developed areas in ethnic areas and non-ethnic areas? What are the characteristics? Has become a highly concerned issue.However,we are in the social work on how to accumulate in the ethnic areas is still very limited,not the scholars put forward the concept,perspective and social work practice very good integration,the "cultural sensitivity","cultural perspective","development perspective" Applied to the ethnic areas to carry out social work practice specific content and practice strategy,the method is still quite vague.Due to the increase of social work in ethnic areas,it is necessary to study the social work service in ethnic areas.Based on the practical experience,this paper conceives the structural framework of the development of social work in ethnic areas,and thinks that it is necessary to establish the correct concept of service in the ethnic areas from the ideological point of view,through the study and development of ethnic areas and national social work perspective,the idea of its operation into specific of the practical services that can be achieved,according to the need to cultivate the diverse capacity of social workers.In this process,we should also focus on the "border crossing" and the two hatching paths,so that the social work career in the ethnic areas can be long-term and sustainable development.
