Hierarchical teaching is in the process of teaching,teachers based on student characteristics and different levels of knowledge,carried out a targeted difference Teaching.Its major aim is to enable students to obtain the maximum degree of development on the basis of the original level.Teacher in the class of collective teaching students of different levels of differentiated teaching,so that collective teaching with individual(or partial)teaching combine to achieve each(or each layer)students get the best learning purposes.So,it is the way out of the delamination method in practice teaching methods.Therefore,this paper from nine aspects to elaborate the superiority and the implementation of the operability.The first part puts forward research background From the background of social development,the background of educational practice and the three different angles of students' background,the deep reasons of the hierarchical teaching are analyzed.The second part mainly discusses the related concept of the differences and relations.It is the foundation of the thesis.The third part is the layered teaching research overview.From the perspective of both at home and abroad carefully analyzed the research status and existing problems,and from the research content,goal,purpose,significance and methods on an systematic explanation and illustration.The fourth part is the theoretical basis for research,including psychology and pedagogy based on the basis of specific basis also made a more detailed analysis.The fifth part discusses the mode and teaching mode of difference and connection,and then demonstrate the reasonableness of hierarchical teaching mode.The sixth part is the hierarchical teaching mode and strategy,focuses on eleven hierarchical strategy teaching,namely students stratified,hierarchical teachingobjectives,teaching(including preparation,hierarchical teaching,hierarchical stratification time,hierarchical questions,layered homework,stratified counseling,hierarchical evaluation,hierarchical management,hierarchical reflection).This part is discussed in detail,the space is also more,so,this part should be the core content of this article.The seventh part is the implementation of the application of hierarchical teaching method in the concrete classroom teaching for example.Mainly in the form of case teaching,and makes a design of teaching case and instructions.The eighth part is the empirical analysis of hierarchical teaching,from two aspects of the results,the questionnaire analysis of its feasibility and operability.The ninth part is the summary of the practice of hierarchical teaching in geography,from teaching to cater to different needs of students,teaching has greatly improved students' learning achievement,teaching to help students build up confidence in learning,teaching teachers to promote the concept of education and teaching,the formation of hierarchical teaching to improve the quality of teachers expect new comprehensive five aspects.
