In 2010 autumn,A book for “bilingual” kindergarten for Tibet Autonomous Region agricultural and pastoral areas is officially put into use.The author does this research taking Lhasa Agricultural Kindergartens for example.From the research,the author hopes to understand the current positions and problems of curriculum resources development in Tibetan kindergartens.On the basis of the research,the author concludes several existing problems: the rate of preschool teachers' specialty is low and the curriculum resources development of teachers is inadequate;the textbook integration is not enough and the guiding of the textbook for teachers is not enough;the supporting teaching CD and auxiliary books are deficiency;organization on kindergarten curriculum resources development is poor.Considering the above problems,the author proposes following suggestions: give clear definition about professional standard and standardize teacher qualification system;actively hold training of kindergarten teachers and raise teachers' awareness and capacity on kindergarten curriculum resources development;timely revise the textbook and replenish supplementary data;be full use of parental resources to jointly develop kindergarten curriculum resources.In a word,the curriculum resources development in Tibetan kindergartens has a long way to go.The author hopes that kindergarten education in Tibet will have steady and healthy development.
