Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(for Trial Implementation)clearly requires: "All kinds of kindergartens in urban and rural areas should proceed from the actual situation,implement quality education according to local condition." "Teachers should start from the local conditions of the kindergarten,combine with the actual conditions of our children,formulate practical work plans and flexibly implement them." Local culture is closely related to children's life.In kindergarten education,make full use of local cultural resources,close to children's life experience and conform to the specific law of children's cognition,which can not only enrich children's life and learning experience,promote the development of children's personality consciousness,but also cultivate children's feelings of love for their hometown.Especially in the era of global integration,the development trend of the integration of world culture has impacted the multi-culture,to enhance the cultural confidence of the local people is related to the development of the nation and the people themselves.Therefore,to excavate the beneficial educational resources in local culture into the development of kindergarten courses,realize the cultural inheritance and the better development of children,it is a subject for every worker who cares about the development of children and culture inheritance.This study adopts case study method and chooses S Kindergarten in Shangrao,Jiangxi province as the research object.Through interviews,observation,physical analysis and other methods to collect and analyze data,this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed investigation on the current situation of S Kindergarten's development and utilization of local culture curriculum resources.Based on its development and utilization practice,this paper provides thinking and reference for the specific operation level of the development and utilization of local culture curriculum resources.This research focuses on the selection of local culture curriculum resources,the formulation of objectives,the organization and implementation of content,and the evaluation of the development and utilization of curriculum resources in S Kindergarten.By comparing and summarizing the specific situation of the development and utilization of local culture curriculum resources in s kindergarten,it is found that s kindergarten has achieved certain results in developing and utilizing local culture curriculum resources: promote the development of children's social experience;promote the improvement of teachers' professional ability;promote kindergarten curriculum into life;promote the inheritance and development of social culture.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the feasible strategies adopted by S Kindergarten in the process of developing and utilizing local culture curriculum resources are as follows: The original course is expanded internally,and the course content and form are naturally integrated.Effectively integrate curriculum resources and realize diversified development.Give full play to the multi-subject role and form the curriculum development community.At the same time,there are still some problems in the development and utilization of local culture curriculum resources in S Kindergarten: the setting of curriculum resources development and utilization goals is divorced from practice,the teachers' local cultural literacy and the ability to develop and utilize curriculum resources is insufficient,and the guarantee mechanism of curriculum resources development and utilization is not perfect.Finally,in view of the problems existed in the development and utilization of local cultural curriculum resources,the following suggestions are put forward: At the level of teachers,the awareness and ability of developing and utilizing local cultural curriculum resources should be improved.At the kindergarten level,establish and improve the management and guarantee mechanism for the development and utilization of curriculum resources.At the social level,a support system for the development and utilization of local cultural curriculum resources should be constructed.
