The Sense Of Community Promoting Study Of The Floating Population In K Village Of Shanghai

Today China is in the development of modern society,and with the process of new type urbanization construction constantly promoting,a large number of agriculture floating population flow into urban.In city,with living environment,identity and profession changed,the floating population are constantly improving their knowledge,skills,values,ways of thinking and living habits by learning,to melt into city and new community.The sense of community is one kind of feeling which connect residents and community,residents themselves.Generally the sense of Community includes sense of community affinity,sense of community identity,sense of community engagement.This paper is based on real life story of the city floating population,starting from the perspective of adult learning,research and analyze the promoting process of the floating population’s sense of community,in order to find something,and put forward targeted suggestions to promote the floating population’s sense of community,help the floating population melt into city and new community soon and better.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduce research origin,research background,research purpose,research contents,research methods,research significance,research design,and so on.Around the themes "the concept of sense of community","the influence factors of sense community","learning","adult learning","floating population",making literature review home and abroad.Based on literature review and the research purpose,making the core concept definition of"floating population","sense of community" and "adult learning".The second chapter and the third chapter present six adult students’ stories,and then the author analyzes the process of the floating population promoting sense of community from the perspective of adult learning.The last chapter is conclusions,suggestions and reflections.In conclusions,summarize stages of the floating population promoting sense of community,analyze the process of the floating population promoting sense of community from three dimensions of adult learning.And then,putting forward suggestions to promote the floating population’s sense of community.Finally,making reflections on the whole process of research and the research conclusions.
