With the escalation of people's living standard,the majority of families are alsoincreasingly concerned about the education of young people.From kindergarten to primary school,junior middle school to high school,the training school is increasing.High school education,as the focus of the family,has developed rapidly now.Due to the increasing number of students,the training industry has a great demand for teachers in secondary schools,profit is very high,and the certification of teachers is relatively difficult,resulting in a large number of inadequate capacity,the industry internal teacher quality is uneven,the industry competition intensifies.Due to the particularity of training industry,most organizations focus on making money,rather than the quality of teaching and teachers' salary,benefits,as well as the teachers' work pressure and so on,leading to loss of core teachers' training institutions,has a greater negative impact on the development of the company.XDF company as a leader in the training industry,also faces the problem of core teacher turnover.In this paper,XDF junior middle school mathematics department as the research object,through questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to find out the reasons for the loss of core teachers,and put forward some solutions.Based on the theory of human resource management and the theoretical model of employee turnover,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the management of XDF junior high school mathematics department,and summarizes the characteristics and the influence of the core teacher turnover.In this paper,the reasons for leaving the core teachers of junior high school mathematics department were investigated,The survey results show that the main reason of the core teacher turnover is unreasonable salary,imperfect welfare system,lack of career planning and management,unreasonable working hours,work pressure,poor communication between the upper and lower levels,external competition and so on.According to the actual situation of XDF company,the corresponding measures are put forward from the aspects of the improvement of the salary and welfare,the improvement of the work content,the training and the career planning.And put forward the establishment ofpeople-oriented long-term management mechanism,and do a good job in the management of staff turnover.Nowadays,China's service industry has become the backbone of stimulating social employment,and secondary school education training industry as part of the service industry is in urgent need of talent reserve.The research results of the core staff turnover of junior high school mathematics department of XDF company,not only to improve the department of human resources management practices and have a great help to maintain the stability of the core staff,but also to improve the staff's work enthusiasm,initiative and work efficiency has positive effect.In addition,this paper also has some reference value for other institutions in the same industry,they can be more convenient,more accurate and effective to improve the company's human resources management capabilities,in order to reduce the core staffs loss caused by the negative effect on them.
