With the acceleration of economic globalization, English as the necessary capabilities promote the development of children’s English training market and expanding. Because children’s English training school is numerous and market is increasingly saturated, teaching competition between various schools has intensified the situation.There was widespread of teachers’ high turnover rate in training schools.Teachers are the capital in the survival of training school. The high teacher turnover rate of Training school has become the main source of competitive advantage in training school.RS English training school as the research object in this paper, based on review employee turnover theory of domestic and foreign, combined with the actual situation of RS school, from expounding the growth of the school and Teachers’ gruops illustrate the comprehensive situation of turnover and negative effect caused by it.Through the investigation and the collective interview, SPSS data analysis of the questionnaire survey with Price-Mueller model, in-depthly analyse the common and specific reasons for leaving teachers.So as to lay the foundation for solving the problem about the high turnover rate in RS training school.This paper thinks that the teacher turnover management involves every parts of human resource management.To stabilize and optimize the RS school teachers team,firstly it must draw up effective recruitment policy and entrying examination system for strictly control the quality of teachers. Secondly cultivating their sense of belonging,establish competitive salary and welfare system based on improving the working system.Gradually create harmonious working atmosphere and rich and the corporate culture. Meanwhile establish the occupation career development plan to form a kind of invisible spiritual atmosphere.The last but not the least preventing teacher turnover from the fundamental it must set out a fair and reasonable promotion system in the cultivation of talents,and make a personal interview with the teachers who want to turnover.Optimize teachers of RS school to reduce turnover rate, make the teacher out of the full potential in the work,and innovate the products and services.Let teachers cooperation and enthusiasm, willing to devote their time and energy for the company, which go beyond the competitors in the market competition to become the industry leader,at the same time to provide a reference and reference for similar English training school.
