Since 2011,Jukui Middle School of Chongqing,the First School of Changle in Shandong,Nanshan Experimental School of Shenzhen,“Tianyun Project”of Tianhe District in Guangzhou City all flipped classroom teaching practice.In 2014,Parts of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps also boldly flipped middle school classroom teaching practice.The practice proves that the flipped classroom teaching is an effective teaching method.However,the flip classroom has not been widely implemented in our country,the main reason is the high cost of upside implementation.In order to promote the popularization of the flipped classroom teaching,this paper probes into the low cost high school ideological and political class.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part,the theoretical basis and practical requirements of high school ideological and political class flipped classroom under the condition of low cost.Under the condition of low cost,the flipped classroom teaching in high school has certain theoretical basis.Those are Gagne's learning condition theory,education cost theory and the new curriculum reform.At the same time,it is also the economic development of the imbalance,the realization of educational equity,and enhance awareness of the cost of education and other practical needs.The second part is the analysis and reflection on the typical cases of flipped classroom teaching practice.Through the American Woodland Park High School flipping the classroom,Jukui school of Chongqing based on the "campus cloud platform" flipped classroom and other typical cases,I summed up the problems in three aspects,those are teaching platform,teaching resources and teachers' accomplishment.The third part is the design of the inverted classroom teaching in the ideological and political course of high school under the condition of low cost.Teachers hold the corresponding teaching concept is the basis for the design of teaching links.In the course of teaching,the teachers of Ideological and political course should pay attention to three aspects: insisting on the people-oriented view of students,facing the particularity of Ideological and political course teaching,and enhancing the consciousness of education cost.The fourth part,the implementation of high school ideological political lesson flipped classroom teaching elements.In this paper,mainly explain the elements in four aspects.These are manpower,capital,technology and learning resources.Using the modern remote education training to improve the quality of the thought political lesson teacher;Through moderate relying on hope project,the establishment of rural education foundation two ways to reduce the cost of capital;Through the establishment of the campus network,build learning platform for low-cost turned under the condition of class to create the necessary technical conditions;By making full use of big data industry shared repository,reasonable use free way of teaching resources for students learning.
