| Xi jinping put forward the One belt and one road strategy in 2013,open the new situation for the country’s foreign trade and investment.It will promote reform of economic structure deeply and the further development of economic level in China.As an important pivot city in the One belt and one road strategy,Xi ’an has very important position in the One belt and one road strategy. In January 2014, the state council formally approved in Shaanxi province to set up the Xixian new area, Xixian new area became one of the national new areas, assume the construction of "open to the west of our country’s important hub, the western development of the new engine and new paradigm of urbanization with Chinese characteristics" of the national strategy. Xixian new area became national new district, with One Belt And One Road strategy’s putting forward, the strategy for western development has brought opportunities and challenges of the new zone of the Xixian.In this paper, through discussing the strategy of "area" all the way to the west salty actively promoting roles in the development of new district, using the method of documentary, expert interview, the SWOT analysis method to west salty district east new town is being in the policy, location, culture and education of science and technology, infrastructure, economic development resources development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges are analyzed, at the same time using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to the region comprehensive analysis of relevant factors in the development of sports industry, and based on the experience of the successful development of sports industry at home and abroad, the following conclusions are drawn:1 Through the SWOT analysis method, which can be concluded that the west salty district being the advantage of east new city sports industry innovation and development are: good natural environment, the geographical position is superior, rich historical and cultural resources, good foundation of the economy, science and technology and abundant education resources, policy advantage is obvious. Disadvantages: low level of service industry development, the social basic condition restriction, sports management mechanism is not perfect. Opportunities are: good macro environment and the international service industry transfer trend obviously, shaanxi province to develop the west salty new historic opportunity. Threats are: international competition and domestic competition in other areas.2 Ahp analytic hierarchy process(ahp) can be concluded that the west salty new district is being east new city sports industry innovation and development factors, the open level(area) all the way and the weight of government for the sports industry policy formulation is highest, is engaged in the sports industry employees’ knowledge level and competition second, of course, the evaluation index are greatly influenced by individual differences of respondents, and does not rule out the existence of empirical science and scientific impression, but there is no denying that this result to a certain extent, reflects the area along the opening level and the guidance of the government role in the position in the sports industry innovation, but also has the certain scientific basis.3 Xixian new area fengdong new town is being innovation path for sports industry development: relying on the macro environment and the government policy development, with the cooperation of colleges and universities sports industry production, the integration of the sports industry development mode, strengthen the construction of sports facilities, center the western sports industry and promote the development of mass sports, improve the sports industry operation and management system, improve the development of sports service industry, optimize the structure of sports industry. |
