Middle school students is at the peak of his youth development period,during this period the different sports teaching method to make it develop good exercise habits and attitudes play an important positive effect.This study will be introduced to the learning contract sports teaching in junior middle school students,through this study way for junior high school students' physical exercise to get higher promotion effect.This research to the xinjiang korla fourth middle school of 300 students as the research object,and divided into control group and contract group and many people contract group exercise learning for 16 weeks of contract law,through the contract before and after the learning method of testing students body shape,function,quality indicators and movement skills,namely,height,weight,BMI,vital capacity,standing long jump,800-meter run(female)and 1000-meter run(boys)and the fixed point of basketball shooting(10),and other projects,and the test results are analyzed in the aspect of the contract before and after.The research results show that through learning method to improve the students body shape,function,quality and sports skill indicators have significant effect,at the same time,through the contract learning improves the learning method of exercise the students' ability of group cooperation ability,and language communication,and also improve the team consciousness.In the future,in the design of primary and secondary school physical education curriculum,physical education teachers according to the project and the actual situation of students to exercise the appropriate learning method to exercise and learn to take contract,provide support for the healthy growth of students.
