Research On The Practice Strategy Of Social Work Service Humanistic Care

Humanistic care is a basic element in people's life.It is based on the humanistic spirit,focuses on people's real needs,pays attention to people's living conditions,and is full of rich emotional color.It is not only a moral existence,but also a practical ability.A high level of humanistic care is the value goal and basic principle of social work service.The essence of social work service lies in the practice of humanistic care.Based on the specialization of social work as the logical starting point,humanism as the theoretical basis,and from the perspective of humanistic care,this paper focuses on the spiritual characteristics of helping people culture in China,so as to analyze the practical difficulties of humanistic care in social work service in China and explore its countermeasures.Taking Y social work organization in Hangzhou as an example,through the participatory observation and experience in professional practice,the author collected materials from the interviews with social workers at the grass-roots level,and analyzed the social work service projects of the organization,believing that the humanistic care of social work service in China not only has a profound traditional cultural foundation,but also is the professional social work in China at present Strong demand for services.Humanistic care is the soul of social work service,but in practice,the service participants--social workers,service objects and service evaluation institutions weaken humanistic care because they pay attention to the specialization of social work service,which causes the practical dilemma of social work service humanistic care.This dilemma is reflected in the process of model,standardization and standardization in the process of professional services.At the same time of promoting the development of specialization,service providers tend to take one thing and lose the other,blindly pursue the standardized application of technology,and ignore the people-oriented purpose of the specialty itself,which results in the separation of social work service theory from practice,emphasizing quantity but neglecting quality;the lack of diversified demand expression channels for service objects;the lack of humanistic evaluation mechanism for service evaluation institutions,and the service of social work is very good It is difficult to embody the value of humanistic care of the specialty itself.In view of the dilemma of service participants,the author puts forward the following practical strategies: first,social workers should make clear their sense of caring role,flexibly use group and case work methods in practice,deal with the relationship between commonness and individuality,avoid selective service,appropriately weaken professional context in service,and carry out substantive professional caring practice;second,service provision The provider should actively publicize and guide,strengthen the service object's cognition of social work,create diversified channels of demand expression,and promote the full expression of the service object's demand;thirdly,the social work service evaluation institution should improve the service evaluation mechanism,take the satisfaction of the service object's demand as the main evaluation direction,and enhance the humanity of the evaluation process,method and content.In order to improve the service quality of social work,we should pay too much attention to the rectification of technical standardization and the practice of humanistic care in social work service.
