With the development of The Times,the progress of the society,popular culture consumption level unceasing enhancement,people's fitness consciousness and for accident prevention consciousness gradually strengthened,swimming with its own growth,and the advantages of strong and handsome bodily form become increasingly like the movement of the people.In the freestyle,the arm action is very important,it is moves the body's main source of power.But in the freestyle arm movements teaching,often appear due to water action in stroke technique issue such as difference of concept is not clear,ability to maintain a high elbow,once the students wrong movements to finalize the design will be difficult to change,a direct impact on students continue to learn freestyle interoperation,weaken students' enthusiasm to learn swimming.Therefore,using the appropriate teaching method is particularly important.Based on the layered teaching method in the teaching of freestyle implementation as the research object.Select jingang hotel swimming club for 10 days of 40 students in the teaching,freestyle session 20 students adopt a layered teaching method,experiment research that in comparative classes 20 students in traditional teaching methods,experiment research in order to guarantee the authenticity and reliability of the experimental results,equilibrium of experimental classes and that in comparative classes students skill level and the level of learning motivation,in teaching with traditional teaching method and teaching respectively,after detailed statistical test result and fill in thequestionnaire,for two class' s teaching achievement,the experimental results are obtained.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,video observation,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire method and experimental method,the experimental classes and that in comparative classes of students in basic situation respectively before and after the experiment testing,physical testing,freestyle technique level testing and learning motivation,and the results were analyzed.By comparing results show that: the stratified teaching method,students in experimental class and that in comparative classes there is no significant difference on basic situation index,two class there was no significant differences in physical quality,but in the freestyle technique,performance and motivation up and have significant difference.The experimental research suggests that the club should carry out the method of stratification teaching in the teaching of free swimming.The method of stratification is helpful to the study of the technique of freestyle swimming,and the new teaching method can be used in the teaching of the new teaching method to obtain the good teaching effect.Optimize the teaching environment;By creating comfortable classroom teaching environment,lets the student to face their fears,the teaching of the teacher's language,behavior,and behavior on students' psychological impact is very significant.Strengthen the level of teachers themselves;Different students' own quality,subjective initiative,and technical foundation is different,the evidence difference existed in the different students,this is the layered teaching method is necessary,also be the assurance that layered teaching method can achieve good teaching results.Therefore,teachers should constantly enhance their own teaching ability and technical level to be able to be targeted and targeted to different basic students.
