quality of physical education and solving the urgent situationThis paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and statistics on the Chongqing area(the five District of Wuxi County,Chengkou County,Fengjie County,Wushan County School District,opened).Urban and Rural junior high school physical education teachers and students are conducted by a questionnaire survey?The sports curriculum research Chongqing area and urban and rural middle school sports teaching present situation;School Physical Education Teachers' quality and the degree of implementation of the physical education,health curriculum and school sports facilities;In Chongqing area,physical education curriculum of middle school accounted for all the proportion based on curriculum courses,accounted for the proportion of the sports curriculum examination and assessment the system,finally the methods and measures should be taken to solve these problems.The results of survey show that the significance of Chongqing area school leaders and PE teachers on the implementation of "sports and health" curriculum although have certain knowledge,but the actual implementation in the sports teaching process and its understanding has relatively large gap,the thought on the implementation of the new "sports and health" course is lack of enough understanding the school sports teaching;for less funds,a serious shortage of investment of sports facilities,each year for the construction of sports venues,sports equipment,equipment purchase funds cannot meet the needs of school physical education,school physical education equipment incomplete,the perennial lack of management,but also the lack of use of some sports equipment,sports equipment utilization rate is relatively low the quality of PE teachers,and occupation training is insufficient,these are affecting and restricting the sports teaching Important factors of exhibition.Through the discussion of the way in the
