Objective: Through to the men's lightweight rowing athletes different training stages of microcirculation and conventional function monitoring of indicators, study the change characteristics of different stages of training microcirculation index and its relationship with conventional function index, for noninvasive microcirculation index better applied to provide reference for athletes body function condition monitoring.Method: With eight men lightweight single oar rowing athletes as the research object, using Peri Flux System5000 laser doppler blood flow monitor biceps testing of athletes, the testing value indicators including MBP(amount)microcirculation perfusion,AVBC(average velocity of blood cells),CMBC blood concentration(movement),test value includes the basic value and heated. The entire training phase includes 8 weeks of plain training before the plateau,6 weeks of altitude training and 2 weeks after the plateau training. The first 5 weeks,3 weeks,2 weeks,1 week,3 days of plateau training,1 week,3 weeks,5 weeks,6 weeks and 2 weeks after the next plateau,(Blood glucose),CK(creatine kinase),Hb(hemoglobin)and so on,and in the focus of weekly blood sampling T(testosterone),C(testosterone),C(testosterone),C(Cortisol)test. In addition, the load of athletes training in real time statistics, the athletes microcirculation indicators, functional changes and the correlation between the two analysis.Result:(1)MBP exhibits a "V" type trend, whether it is a base value or a heating.(P <0.05).The values of MBP in the second half of the plateau were higher than those in the first week of the plateau training, and the MBP was significantly higher than that of the MBP The first week of plateau training(P <0.05).(2)AVBC whether underlying values or heated before presenting a "W" trend.Plain stage AVBC gradually reduce the difference before and after heating, altitude training before and after the 3rd day of the AVBC heating value has increased, but the 1th week of altitude training has decreased significantly. With increasing altitude training to advance, rising AVBC difference before and after heating, and in the sixth week of altitude training was significantly higher than the 1th week of altitude training(P<0.05);next plateau AVBC 2nd week the difference before and after heating continues to rise, and higher than the first week of altitude training(P<0.05),but no significant difference in the sixth week of altitude training.Changes of CMBC is basically contrary to the AVBC.(3)BU before the plateau is around 8mmol/L,after entering the plateau decreases, and the 1th week of altitude training down to the minimum value for this training;3rd week rises to around 8mmol/L,change little in the subsequent weeks.BU declined significantly after the next plateau, and the 3rd day and the 1th week below the altitude training(P<0.05).(4)CK before showing a declining trend at high altitude, altitude training of 1th week continues to decline, the 3rd and 5th week was significantly higher and significantly higher than the altitude training of 1th week(P<0.05),altitude training 6th week CK decreased after the plateau further down under, and significantly lower than the altitude training 3rd and 5th week.(5)Plain training stage Hb little change, but after entering the plateau has increased.During the entire plateau training period and altitude training Hb changes relatively stable, maintained at 165-170 between.(6)T / C changes basically show a gradual decline after the trend has increased.(P <0.05).At the third week of the upper plateau, the lowest value of the altitudeate training was significantly lower than that of the plateau(P <0.05).At 1 week after the test, the T / C value was also increased.(7)There was a positive correlation between microcirculation blood flow reserve capacity and conventional functional indexes, which was positively correlated with Hb,negatively correlated with BU,and negatively correlated with CK(P <0.05)(P <0.05).There was a positive correlation between the storage capacity of blood cells and Hb(P <0.05),and there was a positive correlation between CK and CK,and there was a negative correlation with T / C(P <0.05),and there was a negative correlation between BU and CK,and there was a positive correlation with the change of T / C.Conclusion:(1)The change of the maximum blood flow reserve of the athletes during the altitude training period is closely related to the arrangement of the special hypoxic environment and exercise load of the plateau, and the effect of the exercise load on the microcirculation blood flow reserve capacity of the athletes is greater than that of the exercise intensity.(2)The athletes body function index and microcirculation index before and after the altitude training does not appear larger fluctuation, basically guarantee the continuity of training,so the altitude training coaches training load arrangement more reasonable, scientific, and the promotion of the rowing athletes aerobic capacity played a certain role, after the athletes under the plateau special test scores above the level of the plateau before the test.(3)The change of microcirculation index is related to the change of conventional function index. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the two sets of indicators,it is considered that the two groups of indicators can be supplemented in the monitoring, and the comprehensive diagnosis of athletes' functional status To the important role.(4)The ability of microcirculation blood flow reserve has a close relationship with the aerobic capacity of athletes, which is of high reference value and noninvasive for the diagnosis of aerobic capacity of athletes. This may be a new ability to determine the aerobic capacity of athletes.Of the functional indicators.
