| As a new type of teaching mode,micro course has been loved by many teachers and students in recent years because of its characteristics of small,fast and compact.It takes students as the center,using the fragmentary time to learn the knowledge of the system,which is suitable for formal learning and can also be used in informal learning.However,the domestic research on micro curriculum is relatively late,and is still in the initial stage of exploration,there are still many problems.Through the review of the literature found that the existing university curriculum micro resources is concerned,there are some teachers understanding of the concept of micro course deviation that micro course is concentrated on the traditional classroom teaching,this concept is not accurate.Secondly,the research,design and application of this kind of new teaching mode has not received extensive attention.In addition,there is a big difference between the teaching mode and Chinese traditional micro course teaching mode,so the domestic teaching mode reform can not only imitate foreign models,teaching should be combined with the actual situation,analysis of the characteristics of students in different grades,summarizes the domestic teaching experience,designed to meet the characteristics of domestic students’ teaching mode.Through the study on the methods of literature,interviews,case analysis,access to a large number of text information and watch the related video data,the micro course and its related concepts do a more in-depth understanding,through the understanding of the current research status of China’s Micro course and its problems,according to the characteristics of aerobics course the content of university setting,aerobics teaching and students’ learning,combined with micro curriculum design principles and process of design which is suitable for the students to learn micro courses of aerobics,the micro course into the calisthenics course of colleges and universities in this mode of teaching suggestions.Through the research on the design of micro course in College Aerobics Teaching,the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the teaching characteristics of aerobics and the design principles of micro courses,the author summarizes the design principles of micro course in Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities,such as short time,detailed knowledge,student centered and precise content.2.Micro course of the production process: Micro course topic selection→script design→selection of production methods→to prepare materials→to produce micro courses.3.According to the research of psychology,combining with the characteristics of aerobics course,the teaching content,and according to the attention of the human being,to maintain the rules and cognitive points,this study will set the length of aerobics course is 5 minutes.4.According to the teaching characteristics of aerobics,aerobics courses in Colleges and universities can be designed and manufactured from the two aspects of aerobics course and aerobics theory.5.In the aerobics curriculum resources as the basis,technical movements,selection is difficult for students to grasp the style of dance techniques,physical training methods and the knowledge point as the aerobics practice class micro curriculum content;selection need to focus on memory or the need to expand the theoretical knowledge of learning as the aerobics theory class course content.6.The application of micro course in College Aerobics Teaching is not only a new teaching mode to improve the teaching ability and quality of teachers,but also can help students master the core knowledge and improve their learning efficiency. |
