Children With Leukemia Case Management Mode Of Construction Of Social Support Network Research

The incidence of leukemia is 4/10 ten thousand people in our country,an annual increase of leukemia patients up to more than 40000 people,among them,the new childhood leukemia patients account for half.In the study of childhood leukemia group,in fields such as medical studies of children and their caregivers more,the social work intervention study is less,specifically for children with leukemia support network of case management methods intervention studies have few literature reports.This study in a hospital in shanxi 50 children with leukemia was chose as the research object,through questionnaire,respectively from the emotional,cognitive and life order,resources square in the face of the status quo analyzed.Found by illness for most of the children with interpersonal communication,personality,temperament,emotional state,school,family atmosphere to the patient,family members emotional state has a larger influence,and understanding of leukemia knowledge become one of the main demands of most patients with caregivers,the vast majority of patients get the main support and care from family members and other aspects of support is less,the economy is affected by the very serious.On this basis,this study in one of the children with leukemia,for example,discussed by way of case management model to construct the social support network to help solve the emotional,cognitive and life order,resources,found from personal network(the support of family members,relatives and friends support and help),voluntary connection(volunteers to support education and entertainment company),the mutual aid network(knowledge)between patients and authorization of the social network(village committee,the hospital's medical staff and caring bailout fund,public welfare platform support,etc.)four aspects strategy can help the leukemia patients effectively build up the social support networks,and the establishment and completion of the support network can improve the ability of children with leukemia and their caregivers cope with problems,and actively face because of major disease the emotional,cognitive,life order and resources predicament,alleviate stress due to sudden events.Finally,this study put forward respectively from four network support family,relatives and friends,volunteer education,team building,resource utilization,environment construction,etc.Countermeasures and Suggestions.
