Study On Integrating Social Work Into Family Emotion Management In Children With Leukemia

Since August 2,2017,the author in the Changsha of a third hospital medical social Work Department internship,follow the department to teach the teacher is mainly responsible for the hospital pediatric medical work related services.In recent years,medical social work has been developing continuously,and the medical social service related services of patients and their families have been perfected gradually,so the emotional management problem of children with leukemia and their parents has a great space of intervention.Limited by many conditions,a single social working method has been unable to completely solve the problem of emotional management of children with leukemia,the integration of social work should be gradually applied to the practice of the Times,the social work involved in leukemia children's family emotional management has a guiding role and practical significance.Children and their parents have different degrees of negative emotions.The hospital in July 2017-September 2017 diagnosed as leukemia and received treatment in the hospital in about 34 cases.From the medical staff to understand that the development of leukemia and severity can be divided into low-risk,middle danger,high-risk three stages,so the author uses stratified sampling method from three stages to extract 3,3,2 children,and select their families as data collection objects.Through the measurement of the children's anxiety disorder screening table,the authors found that the scores of five factors divided by the measured scale were higher than that of the normal modulus.At the same time,the author uses the Zung anxiety self-assessment scale and the depression self-assessment scale to measure the parents ' emotion of the children with leukemia,and the results show that the parents ' anxiety and depression scores are higher than the domestic norm.The results show that the children with leukemia and their parents have different degrees of negative emotion.The correlation analysis showed that the anxiety of children with leukemia was correlated with parents ' anxiety and depression.Through analysis,the author found four factors that affect the family mood of leukemia children: internal cause,disease,family environment,external environment.Combined with the related content of unstructured interview,the author combined with practice experience,draw lessons from hospital medical social work,use integrated social work method,put forward the intervention mode of "whole course service management",and make concrete design for the intervention mode in Russian Group link and Community link.Family Development Group of children with leukemia and families of children with leukemia.The author of the intervention mode,intervention effectiveness,intervention field to make a reflection,at the same time on the objective conditions of the hospital,medical social workers,professional accreditation,and other related resources are discussed,and the current medical social work in China,the existing problems put forward the corresponding proposals to solve,In order to provide research and practical significance for the development of medical social work in China.
