Study On The Supervision Of Internet Public Opinions Of Universities And Colleges In Quan Zho

With the rapid development of internet technology and the convenience and efficiency of mobile phone,the internet has penetrated every aspects of our society.The internet's impact on the life and society should not be underestimated.The college students are the main force of using the internet.Because of the limitation of their psychological age and social experiences,lacking supervision on the internet use may bring great negative effects on the regular teaching order and reputation of the colleges and universities.Therefore,it is an important task for the colleges and universities to guide their students' internet public opinions legitimately and to deal with the crisis of the students' public opinions on the internet efficiently.This study based the research on the supervision of internet public opinion in universities and colleges in QuanZhou.By conducting a questionnaire,applying the relative theory and method of public administration,the author made some researches on the present status of the internet public opinion,and analyzed the influential factors through three aspects: the involvers themselves,the involvers' behavior and their attitude towards the internet public opinions.Through analyzing the collected data of the questionnaire,the author pointed out the existing problems and reasons of the supervision of internet public opinions in QZ,and concluded that to improve the supervision,it needs the effort not only from the colleges and universities themselves,but also from the local government.
