| With the development of Internet information technology,Internet elements have been integrated into all fields of society,and the information reform of education and teaching has been carried out in the field of education.A series of new teaching modes,such as MOOC,micro class,flipped classroom and golden class,have gradually emerged.Under the Internet plus Internet plan,to further solve the contradiction between teaching and learning and optimize the curriculum system and teaching methods in Colleges and universities,the implementation of Internet plus education has aroused the upsurge of classroom reform in China.Internet plus has brought new opportunities for the reform and development of physical education in Colleges and universities.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics are adopted to analyze the construction of the Internet plus micro lesson in the Public Sports Wushu teaching mode through the combing analysis of constructivism learning theory,blended learning theory and micro learning theory.The Internet plus micro class teaching is applied to the public physical education teaching of Shenzhen University.In the teaching experiment,126 students of grade 2019 in Shenzhen University were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 62 students in the experimental group(32 boys and 32 girls);There were 30 girls in the study group and 64 in the control group;Female students 33).The experimental group adopted the Internet plus micro teaching method while the control group adopted the conventional teaching method.Through experiments,we have verified the effect of "Internet plus micro lesson" teaching method on improving Wushu skills,autonomous learning ability and physical quality.The experimental results were as follows(1)The full score of Wushu Skill Test in Shenzhen University is 60.After 18 weeks of different teaching methods,there is a big gap between the two groups.Through independent sample T test,the average score of the control group is 42.438,the average score of the experimental group is 46.161,T value is 1.328,P value tends to 0,the difference is very significant.(2)Before and after the experiment,the P value of the two groups was 0.615,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);After the experiment,the P value of the two groups was 0,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01);After the experiment,the P value of the control group was 0.339,the difference was not significant(P)0.05),the P value of the experimental group was 0,the difference was very significant(P<0.01).(3)In the multiple comparison of physical health,there was no significant difference in the multiple comparison of sitting forward flexion of male students(P>0.05);In the 50 meter run,standing long jump,pull-up and 1000 meter events,the P values of the experimental group before and after the experiment were 0.016,0.026,0.006 and 0.000 respectively,with significant and very significant differences(P<0.05)and P<0.01);After the experiment,the P values of students in the control group and the experimental group were 0.041,0.034,0.025 and 0.022 respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in multiple comparisons of sitting forward flexion and sit ups among female students(P>0.05);In the 50 meter run,standing long jump and 800 meter events,the P values of the experimental group before and after the experiment were 0.003,0.024 and 0.000 respectively,with significant and very significant differences(P<0.05 and P<0.01);After the experiment,the P values of the students in the control group and the experimental group were 0.012,0.045 and 0.029 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)the experimental results show that the students’ skill assessment results of the "Internet plus micro class" teaching method are significantly better than those of the regular teaching students in the third primary schools.(2)multiple comparisons of College Students’ autonomous learning ability are conducted from four dimensions:learning motivation,learning process,learning outcomes and learning environment.The results show that the Internet plus micro class teaching has a significant effect on Improving College Students’ autonomous learning ability.(3)"Internet+micro class" teaching can improve the male students’ 50 meters,standing long jump,pull up,1000 meters results,and 50 meter run,standing long jump and 800 meters achievement of female students.(4)based on the constructivism learning theory,blended learning theory and micro learning theory,the teaching mode of "Internet+micro lesson" is constructed,which is suitable for Wushu Teaching in public physical education in Colleges and universities. |
