The rapid development of city economy and labor demand,prompted a large number of rural labor into the city,migrant workers to increase income,improve the economic status of rural households,individuals to obtain better employment opportunities,but a series of practical problems arise: City workers and migrant workers migrant workers enjoy treatment compared to social security needs to be further improve the children of migrant workers because of the high cost,a study in the city traffic accommodation and other expenses,the household registration restrictions,can only be left behind in the countryside by relatives to take care of,a lack of education if things go on like this left behind children.In this paper,the concern of "rural left-behind children education" as the main line,combined with the city "community education management" concept and explore the rural education problems of left behind children causes and gives practical solutions,this paper proposes the establishment of innovative education organization,children's education of rural left behind.This paper first provides an overview of China's rural left-behind children from the background,reasons and specific issues of education situation analysis of children left behind in China,to explore the typical mode of city community education management,which lays the foundation for the city community education management theory in rural education organization innovation promotion,the organization positioning clear rural left-behind children family education.Operation research and optimization of the operation mode of the establishment of new rural family education of children left behind after the market behavior from the angle of supply and demand of private capital into the rural education,expand revenue channels,pay reasonable configuration to attract talent rich teachers,parents of high utility model into part-time teachers with game theory at the same time,education and growth methods are put forward to solve the problem of left behind children.In addition,the article is also to the city of North Port Guigang case left behind children's education organization as an example,combined with data analysis,analysis of rural education organization using the Potter five forces model,optimization of family education.In the rural left-behind children to deal with problems,is a prerequisite for national economy and improve the national education level,and promote the long-term tracking,this paper problems of rural children inquiry and specific programs,it is very important for the solution to solve the problem of Left-behind children.
