Research On The Safety Education Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas Under The Mode Of "The Linkage Of Community,Social Organization And Social Worker"

In recent years,child sex invading incidents,poisoning incidents and stampede incidents have occurred one after another.The occurrence of safety incidents has caused a great impact on society and is not conducive to community harmony.Therefore,the safety education for left-behind children in rural areas needs urgent reinforcement.With the widespread application of �The Linkage of Community,Social Organization and Social Worker� concept,it becomes possible to apply this concept to the safety education for left-behind children in rural areas.The author studies the safety education of rural left-behind children under the �The Linkage of Community,Social Organization and Social Worker� mode,exploring advantages and disadvantages of this mode as well as summarizing some lessons to find out the suitable one for safety education of rural left-behind children.This essay mainly presents three study methods,such as reviewing documents and literature,participation and observation and interview.In the first part of essay,the author gives an overview of the implementation,contents and effectiveness evaluation of safety education,subsequently,elaborating on the linkage mechanism,contents and effect of this mode and then analyzes the role of this mode in safety education.From the above,this essay figures out following problems such as the inadequate participation of community committees and incomplete safety education infrastructure,the lack of professional safety education personnel and fund planning in social organizations,the insufficient funding for social workers,as well as lack of resources sharing.Besides,lack of professional safety education,continuous institutional security and cooperation norms in the operation,uniform code of conduct as well as full participation of social workers also leads to low-level safety education.Therefore,this essay puts forward three countermeasures: improving the institutional construction of government,promoting the development of every party,and leading schools and families to be main parties in safety education.
