In the process of Training implementation,trainees are not very satisfied with curriculum.So,it is necessary to research and analyze the situation.The satisfaction degree of the trainee curriculum is about whether trainee course satisfaction refers to the trainees training courses to satisfy their needs and expectations of emotional reflection degree,mainly includes the curriculum scheme,curriculum content curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation etc.Through the research and analysis,we can make “Training Plan”play their training effect better.The study understands the situations of the training courses by sorting of relevant literature and satisfaction at home and abroad.At the same time,with the theory of Teacher Professional Development and Lifelong Education theory,CIPP Evaluation Theory theory as the supporting theory,explored and researched on “National Training Plan”.Research takes the H university undertake “National plan” project as the research object,through the design of the questionnaire and interview and observation to understand the trainee satisfaction situation of this training course,it mainly embodied in the curriculum scheme,curriculum content,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and so on.Based on the survey data,the author classifies and analysis the main influential factor of the satisfaction degree of the trainee curriculum.thus the author provides the scientific and effective strategies for training courses.There are four parts in this paper.The first part of this paper is an introduction,includes the research question,research purpose and defines the core concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of this study,research status and literature reviews,methods and assumptions.The second part of the paper is the investigation analysis.this part takes the training courses in HNUST as an example.The third part of the paper analyzes the problems of the satisfaction degree of the trainee curriculum and finds out factors influencing the satisfaction degree of the trainee curriculum.The fourth part of this paper is strategies.Through the investigation and analysis,some corresponding strategies should be raised.Therefore,it is suggested that we should construct learning community,conduct curriculum consultation,analyze training require,stimulate training motivation,enrich curriculum resources,base on the practicaloriented and optimize curriculum implementation.
