Research On The Function Orientation And Characteristic Development Of University Think Tank

Since the Reform and Opening-up for nearly 40 years,the current step is entering the deep and deep water area,China is ushering in the promotion of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the modernization of the critical period,the problem is more and more complex,domestic and foreign institutions have been unable to Scientific solution,university think tank with its unique advantages and characteristics came into being.As the university think tank is still in the growth period,its trait exploration is still in the initial stage,functional orientation and characteristics of the development path is unclear,in the early development process exposed some drawbacks,if not from the root causes to be resolved,will affect the follow-up The scientific development.In this study,we use the literature research method,the case study method and the comparative research method,aiming at solving the problem that the knowledge base of the university think tank is not in place in the development process,resulting in the confusion of the function and the lack of characteristic development,especially the discussion of the characteristics And the establishment of functional orientation is the focus and foundation of this study,which is the prerequisite for the establishment and development of the school think tank.This paper uses the literature research method,the case study method and the comparative research method,and analyzes the function orientation and the characteristic development of the school think tank at home and abroad.Compares the similarities and differences between the university think tank and the official think tank,the folk think tank and the university general scientific research institute,clarifies the superiority of the university and abstracts the characteristics of the university think tank.According to the literature at home and abroad,by combing two directories on the university think tank,seeking to coincide with the sample,with the official website published data,get the characteristics of university think tank,functional positioning and characteristics of the status quo.Around the status quo to analyze the problems of the university think tank,and to explore the causes of these problems.At the same time,researching American famous university think tanks,understanding of their functional orientation and the characteristics of development,summed up the general conclusions for our experience to provide inspiration.It is found that the quality and quantity of the ideological and moral schools in our country are different from those of the developed countries.The international discourse right is weak and the international influence is insufficient.The university think tank is also in a weak position in the field of domestic think tanks,which is difficult to meet with the official think tank.And,not based on the unique attributes of the development of functional positioning and development characteristics,resulting in the lack of core functions,characteristics of the development of inadequate,and then converge with the official think tank or civil think tank.University think tank should be policy research,decision-making advice,personnel training and promotion of communication as its own function positioning.To achieve these positioning,should start from the following points.Focus on the nature,taking the advantage of universities,clearing functional position,insisting on characteristic development,building talent team and overstating the quality of research,advancing decisionmaking and actively guiding public opinion,changing the cultivation concept and cultivating talent of think tank,building communication platform and enhancing international standards.
