In the full-time professional master's education,the supervisor takes on the important responsibility and occupies an important position.There is no doubt about the role of mentor in the cultivation of talents.For graduate students,the supervisor is the guider and the instructor.The ability and achievement which students gain are closely related to the supervisors' guidance and help.Deepening the understanding of the connotation of the student-supervisor relationship of full-time professional master is of great theoretical and practical significance to build a good model of student-supervisor relationship,and also of great theoretical and practical significance for the cultivation of high-quality talents and the realization of the teaching objectives of graduate education.This study attempts to explore the following questions: ?What changes have been made to the guidance of the full-time professional master;?What is the guiding role of Business mentors for the full-time professional master;?What kind of relationship model is relatively good.In this study,20 full-time professional masters and 9 supervisors of H University were interviewed.Through the interview,the author understands the current situation,the problems and reasons of the student-supervisor relationship in the full-time professional master's education,further explore the mutual expectations between supervisors and students and the experience when students got guidance.This paper expounds the construction of a good student-supervisor relationship model,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of a good student-supervisor relationship in full-time professional master's degree education.Through the study,this paper comes to the major conclusion that: firstly,the supervisor's guidance to the full-time professional masters is mainly for the following three types,following the existing habits of guidance?Individual guidance?carrying out independent guidance.Secondly,the expectations of the students are mainly reflected in three aspects which are moral accomplishment,ability and quality,and the need for guidance;however,the expectation of the supervisor is mainly reflected in two aspects,learning attitude and learning ability.Thirdly,the resources given by supervisors provide the foundation for students to carry out scientific research projects and their own development.The guiding and learning process is beneficial to the improvement of students' knowledge transfer ability and the enhancement of the future career development.Fourthly,the current problems of full-time professional master's degree education are some school supervisors do not distinguish the guidance between the "full-time professional master" and the "academic master.In addition,the “Stocking" phenomenon still exists.Fifthly,the contents through communicating between supervisors and business mentors are consistent with what the full-time masters learn.The various subjects can meet each other's expectation on the quality and ability.Guidance and learning can interact with each other,which makes conflicts between guidance and learning reduce.Finally,the training goal of cultivating talents both in "academic" and in "professional" can be realized,which is a good student-supervisor relationship model.
