Objective:At present,the role of resistance training in the weight loss is increasing,most of the non-alcoholic fatty liver population with obesity,aerobic exercise on the effect of fatty liver intervention has been a lot of research,and achieved great results.Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise co-intervention with nonalcoholic fatty liver has not been studied.This study was conducted a prescription of 12-week rule,rational and individualized resistance training combined with vigorous walking for intervention in nonalcoholic fatty liver patients.To observe the changes of body shape,body composition,liver function,blood lipid and liver ultrasonography in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver,and to discuss the effect of resistance training combined with vigorous walking on nonalcoholic fatty liver.In order to provide an effective basis for prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods:On the basis of medical examination,Using the form of voluntary registration,Through the questionnaire survey and liver B-election in line with fatty liver diagnostic criteria of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients.Including 18 males and 10 females,aged between 32 and-56 years,with an average age of 45.82 ± 7.55 years.After 12 weeks of resistance training combined with vigorous walking,will be 13 consecutive 1 week can not reach 3 times the number of exercise as the object of study as off,the remaining 15 subjects to analyze the data.In the course of the experiment,four health education lectures were conducted.At the end of the experiment and after the experiment,the indexes of the study subjects were tested under the same experimental conditions,including liver ultrasonography,body shape index,body composition,liver function and blood lipid.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 social science statistical software.Comparison of exercise before and after the use of paired samples T test completed,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results:Changes in body shape before and after exercise,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients with morphological indicators were significantly reduced(P <0.01).Only 3 cases(20%)of BMI had a significant difference in body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,chest circumference and thigh circumference(P <0.01)(13.6%)increased to 4 cases(26.6%)after exercise,5 cases(33.3%)had a waist-hip ratio of more than 1.0 before exercise,and decreased to 0 after exercise example(P <0.05).After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the fat percentage,visceral fat level and fat fat weight and abdominal fat thickness of nonalcoholic fatty liver were significantly different(P <0.05).ALP,?-GT,LDH,DBIL,IBIL,TBIL,TP,GLOB,ALT and AST were decreased in non-alcoholic fatty liver patients after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,and the reduction of GLOB was(P <0.05).There was significant difference of ALT and AST(P <0.01),and there was no significant difference the other indexes(P> 0.05).In addition,A / G,ALB,AST / ALT have increased.after exercise for 12 weeks,the mean values of TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo A1 and Apo B were significantly higher in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver before and after exercise than before Apo A1 / Apo B(P <0.05),and the decrease of other indexes was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).There were 10 cases(66%)of TG before exercise intervention and 4 cases(26%)after 12 weeks of exercise intervention.CHOL decreased from 5 cases(33%)to 7 cases(46%)before exercise intervention,LDL-C decreased from 6 patients(40%)to 4 patients(26%)before exercise.Before and after exercise,the degree of fatty liver and the efficacy of analysis,after 12 weeks of exercise training,non-alcoholic fatty liver patients,3 cases of moderate fatty liver were reduced to mild fatty liver;12 cases of mild fatty liver in 8 cases Become no fatty liver,7 cases are still mild fatty liver,B ultrasound showed 5 cases in the same level to reduce the degree of the other two cases of B ultrasound showed no change.In this study,non-alcoholic fatty liver patients,the cure rate was 53.3%,effective but no cure rate was 40%,inefficient rate of 6.7%,the total effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion:1 The 12-week resistance training combined with vigorous walking exercise can effectively improve the body shape index,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of NAFLD patients.2 The 12-week resistance training combined with the vigorous walking exercise can effectively reduce the body fat percentage,visceral fat content and abdominal fat thickness of NAFLD.3 The study developed 12 weeks of resistance training combined with vigorous walking exercise,can effectively improve NAFLD patients with liver function,blood lipid index.4 Adherence to 12 weeks of resistance training combined with vigorous walking exercise,can effectively treat NAFLD,and can make most of the mild NAFLD completely reversed.5 The anti-resistance training combined with the vigorous walking exercise is safe,effective and easy to repeat.It can be used as an important,safe and effective basic treatment for the prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.It is worthy of community and clinical use.
