Research On The Optimization Of Applied Talents Training Path In Affiliated Colleges And Universities Of Quanzhou

Economic development requires the support of talented people,especially those who have an understanding of theory and strong practical ability.Colleges and universities are the main positions for personnel training.Five undergraduates in Quanzhou are turning to applied colleges and universities and mainly cultivate applied talents.It is of great significance to study how colleges and universities can cultivate high-quality applied talents who adapt to the needs of the industry for economic transformation and upgrading of Quanzhou and industrial restructuring.In this paper,the application-oriented personnel training of undergraduate colleges in Quanzhou is taken as the research object.The questionnaire survey is used to investigate the problems existing in the cultivation of applied talents in the university of Quanzhou.Through the analysis of the data,the paper find out the main problems as follows: First,the government has not played its due role;Second,the quality of college graduates is not high;Third,professional settings can not meet the market demand;Fourth,the shortage of teachers,especially those with practical abilities;Fifth,the role of the company is weakened.In view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the main causes of these problems from the three levels of government,colleges and universities with the analysis of the internal and external educational laws and the triple helix theory.At the government level;the system is imperfect,financial support is not enough,and the service function is out of position.At the university level;the orientation of university development is unclear,the management mechanism of teachers is lagging behind,the courses are set on the basis of negligence,and the practice teaching is ineffective.At the enterprise level;There are not enough motivation to participate in the training of applied talents,and the acceptance capacity is limited.This paper summarizes the advanced experience of training applied talents in universities both at home and abroad.According to the law of internal and external relations of education and the theory of triple helix,it puts forward that the optimization path of cultivating applied talents in undergraduate colleges in Quanzhou is to establish the government-led cooperation model of politics.That is,the government should strengthen the relevant system,and strengthen the macro guidance,set up the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,increase the financial support and play the leading role in cultivating applied talents.Colleges and universities should take the road of applied colleges and universities,insist on the professional docking industry,Improve the teaching system and the construction,build applied teaching staffs so as to improve the quality of personnel training;Enterprises should take the initiative to maintain the timely and smooth communication with universities and participate in deeply practical teaching.
