Sports dance,which is popular with many young people and adults in recent years in our country,is a new kind of sports.At present,the sports dance in the higher vocational colleges gradually developed,due to it is still in the initial stage of development,each school introduced it gradually,which adds a new element to the school,however,the sports dance in the development of physical education has been relatively backward,this has always been a problem for both teachers and researchers to investigate.It is necessary to improve the teaching method of sports dance in order to develop quickly.The research results of micro-lectures mainly focus on the basic education level,while the micro-lectures in the higher vocational colleges are relatively less currently.We know the actual situation of micro-lectures teaching in higher vocational colleges according to the current state,then how to solve the series of problems that encountered during the teaching of micro-lectures in higher vocational colleges need us to think and answer.Simultaneously,micro-lectures have been widely used in other majors(such as some cultural and technical courses),nevertheless,there are still gaps in the teaching of sports dance,hoping that the research methods and contents of sports dance elective courses in vocational colleges can be improved via the paper.It can make the teaching method of sports dance richer at the same time.Based on the theory of micro-lectures,this paper studies and designs by the teaching content,teaching method and teaching organization of the micro-lectures theory and the micro-lectures teaching method by means of literature and expert interviews etc.Through the questionnaire survey,the author made a preliminary understanding of the basic situation and physical quality from their awareness of the sports dance,thus it can ensure the validity and scientific of the experiment;The researcher used the experimental method to compare and analyze the experimental result between application of the micro-lectures method in the sports dance elective course and the traditional teaching method.Through the whole study process,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the experimental data,it is concluded that the students both in the experimental group and the control group have improved their physical quality after one semester study of Waltz.Therefore,the waltz has the function of physicalfitness and can effectively improve it,and can enhance the physical function of the students.(2)The current sports dance teaching method research is still in a relatively fragmented and partial state.It is the requirement of the development of the times to establish a set of teaching methods to meet the characteristics of sports dance.The teaching method of micro-lectures not only promotes the students' learning,but also has great effect on improving the teaching method of teachers.(3)The micro-lectures teaching method can enrich the content of classroom teaching,not only to make our teaching classroom diversification,but also give full play to the leading role of teachers and the main role of students,so it makes teaching methods diversification,at the same time also promotes the communication between teachers and students.(4)Teachers in pre-class,in class arrangement of the micro-lectures teaching video has a great effect on students,teaching effectiveness is excellent during teachers teaching.In the class arrangements for micro-lectures teaching video can focus students' attention,improve student interest in learning,and participate in classroom initiatively,in a limited time greatly improves the learning efficiency.(5)Through the feedback of students,students are more like micro-lectures teaching method,while most students are willing to use micro-lectures in other courses,and also willing to recommend such learning method to other students;in the age of the Internet,there are many valuable learning resources.Teachers should guide students to make full use of rich resources to enrich learning and life.It can be seen that the learning method of the teaching students is very important.
