According to the 2014 national student physique and health research results announcement:The level of students' growth and development continues to improve,and the nutritional status of the students continues to improve,but the problem of students' physical health has not been solved well.The Third Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee had passed the "CPC Central Committee on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues" clearly pointed out that China's middle school students needed to strengthen the sports teaching and the extracurricular exercise,to promote adolescent physical and mental health,strong physique,improve aesthetic education and the students' aesthetic and humanities.This article is under this background,the application of Aerobics for physical and mental development of students,teaching methods and teaching methods in the teaching practice,in order to improve students' physical quality effectively and promote the health of students,but also provide some reference methods and ideas for improving the other age students' physical quality and other aspects of the problem.In this study,four grade students in Dongguan Foreign Language School are as experimental object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,observation method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,six kinds of research methods of aerobics teaching activities during the 18 week experiment on subjects in the teaching process of aerobics characteristics and developmental characteristics of middle school students' physical and mental exercises using targeted and scientific methods of teaching and training methods on the subjects of intervention,in order to promote students in the critical period of growth and development of all-round development and development objective.The experimental group and the control group before and after the training of physical quality indicators were compared and analyzed like this:1.Aerobics teaching on middle school students' speed quality,flexibility,endurance,power quality,power quality has obvious promoting effect,which for flexibility,power quality and power quality promote more positive.2.The traditional physical education curriculum teaching to improve the physical quality of middle school students.3.In the middle school students speed,flexibility,endurance,strength,explosive force on the promotion of the role of physical fitness,aerobics teaching efforts topromote greater than the traditional physical education curriculum.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward::1.Schools should pay attention to the aerobics course,aerobics should be put into the physical education curriculum to promote the sports curriculum system in the type of diversification,also promote the health of students.2.Schools should make sports teachers team construction vigorously,strengthen the sports funds,especially teachers training funding,to promote more sports teachers to participate in aerobics course learning,promote more middle school physical education teachers to participate in the aerobics teaching in the army,and to further improve the teaching level of the aerobics teacher.3.The government should pay more attention to the school physical education,and ensure that the school has a standard track and field,as well as other standardized teaching venues and facilities.
