As the elective course of physical education has gradually become an effective way to promote the realization of the teaching goal of college physical education,the aerobics course also undertakes the task of satisfying the interest of college students in physical education and promoting the physical quality and physical habits of college students.Physical quality training for college students' physical health level has to maintain and improve the function,is the important factors that affect college students' sport training effect,while pilates exercise for developing college students' flexibility,strength,endurance and other physical quality and students' active interest in sport is important,so choose a positive training methods to improve the level of college students' physical quality is particularly important.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.A total of 86 students from the sophomore elective calisthenics course of Xinjiang University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group for comparative study.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of Pilates training on the physical quality of students in the aerobics elective course,and to conduct an 18-week test experiment.In order to further stimulate the interest of college students in physical exercise,promote the physical quality level of college students,guide and inspire students to take part in physical exercise consciously and actively,better realize the quality education of college students and strengthen students' life-long physical awareness.By comparing and analyzing the results before and after the experimental test,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Through the experimental study shows that 18 weeks of pilates auxiliary aerobics training and the quality of regular aerobics training quality of calisthenics common elective course students have a positive effect,the cultivation of the physical quality of the experimental group after the physical quality test result is generally higher than the control group after the measurement result,that quality of pilates auxiliary aerobics training on college students' speed,strength,flexibility,endurance and other physical quality has a certain role in promoting.Pilates assisted calisthenics training method into calisthenics regular training can promote the diversified development of sports training methods and improve the physical fitness level of college students.2.The experimental group and control group in the test results show that the experimental group of boys and girls compared with the control group with significant difference speed quality,flexibility of these boys and girls and boys are raised,that 18 weeks of pilates auxiliary aerobics training can effectively enhance the speed of the students quality and flexible quality level,especially on the improvement of quality of flexible effect is remarkable,help students better to complete the action in the course of aerobics exercise of trajectory,show a better body shape.3.Participate in pilates auxiliary aerobics quality training of students' endurance quality results compared with control group,the results were highly significant differences,boys and girls show that 18 weeks of pilates auxiliary aerobics training methods for students to increase muscular endurance quality has a positive effect,improve the ability of students to the nerve center of coordination,and effectively prevent the sports injury in the process of sports training.4.After the experiment on the power quality,the control group compared with the experimental group,girls' achievement has significant difference,show that 18 weeks of pilates auxiliary aerobics training method than conventional aerobics quality training of students has certain promoting effect on power quality,can promote students to practice aerobics can better use of onset of strength,make training movement is more stable.
