At present, the evaluation on the study of China's rural labor transfer training policy,mostly by the government, society and the employment situation, such as indicators to measure, and less standing in rural labor transfer training policy benefit main body, the Angle of the rural labor force, namely through the rural labor force training policy audience satisfaction to the implementation of the policy research and training performance.This clearly and with the public satisfaction as the core concept of performance orientation, in addition, it also does not conform to the current government advocated by the \"people standard\" concept of development, these all show through to the rural labor transfer training policy satisfaction study to explore the implementation of the performance is very necessary.Draw lessons from the American customer satisfaction index model, this study constructed the satisfaction evaluation model for the training of rural labor transfer, has been clear about the audience for the training of rural labor transfer satisfaction as dependent variable, and expected to farmers, perceived quality and perceived value as the independent variable of variable relations, and personal characteristics, family characteristics and external characteristics such as demographic variables, and according to the experience of the author and the current research literature affect the dependent variable of six research hypotheses are put forward.For depressive pingnan 15 villages and towns has carried on the questionnaire survey and interviews, through the statistical analysis method to verify this hypothesis and draw the conclusion of this study: yu pingnan county rural labor transfer training policy audience satisfaction is low.Further analysis and validate assumptions, personal characteristics and external characteristics of policy audience satisfaction has significant influence, but no significant influence on the policy audience satisfaction family characteristics;In farmers' expectations and negatively correlated with policy audience satisfaction, perceived quality and perceived value and policy audience satisfaction were positively correlated.
